How this place ONLY has a 4.0 is beyond me. Took my 9- and 11-year-old here before basketball practice and was BLOWN away. The BEST BEEF BROCCOLI I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. We got the most basic 'americanized' versions of food (kids), but other folks were there eatng things that looked incredible. Will be back, will order better, but extremely satisfied. Food was hot, fresh, and despite being huge portions, my kids ate almost all of it. Which is telling. Great service...
The food is decent. A lot of options of Cantonese cuisine. The service is good. The ambience is not quite pleasant as the whole area is cold, especially during winter. I have to wear my down coat inside the room. If they serve hot pot, it would be warmer, I guess.

Was not busy at all and took the person 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged.
She said choose and sit anywhere.
We ended up waiting 25 minutes to even get menus. Women helped a second couple who came in after us, first .....
Finally, we were handed menus.
Took another 20 mins for then to come take our order.
While waiting for food, a bunch of people came in and it appeared...
