I got the black tonkotsu ramen for take out. The broth was delicious and the pork was yummy but the portions are very small. Very little meat and mushroom.

A solid place to get ramen. The location in Kitchener is very small though. It is better to eat in, than to get take out in my opinion. It’s just not the same assembling the ramen once you get home. I am not a big fan of the ramens that contain garlic oil so I try to stay away from them. I like the miso based ramens the best. The price is decent for the amount of food. I really do like the mushrooms in the Tonkotsu black!

We absolutely love the ramen here. Reminds me of Japan. The Ramen is very authentic and you can choose between thin or thick noodles. The place doesn't have many tables and mostly busy so have to wait sometimes. The service is good. The portion is good and I have seen people take away some of their ramen with them. We always finish them. My kids love to eat here.

Sansotei Ramen is a fantastic ramen restaurant in Kitchener. I have been a regular customer here since it first opened in early 2020I have ordered all types of ramen dishes here already and I will say without a doubt, the Tonkotsu Plus is my absolute favoriteThis isn't necessary to do but since I have already ordered the Tonkotsu Plus so many times, I like to change and add a few toppings for me to enjoy this dish as much as possibleWhenever I order the Tonkotsu Plus, I like to replace the daikon topping with extra shittake mushrooms, add extra chasu pork belly, add 2 eggsNot only is the food here really good, but the service is incredible as well. The staff are super nice and welcoming, they always remember me and one time, I even got a free cheesecake which made me super happy
