Can I just say? This place has amazing service! And they are accessible too! Working with a man who was hard of hearing to order his pizza efficiently and with care. Got their mini pizza and was full after 3 slices. Lemonade could use some work so I wouldn't get it. Pizza was brought out to the table and unlimited hot sauce, parm , chilli flakes etc. Lots of great topping to choose from. High recommended if you're in the DTK area!

I ordered 2 pizzas from the location close to my house in Kingston Ontario, once I was there, they advised me it was sent to the downtown which is a 25 min drive. Once I got there they hadn't even received my order, had to wait to get my order which was done terribly, missing meat and olives even after stating that I wanted extra olives. terrible service and food. Zero accountability from these locations and I even tipped them and couldn't get that back.

It's like a wonderful combination of 'your local pizza place' and a modern gourmet stop! Tried some menu recipes and a couple design your own pizzas all of which were delicious!!!

Pathetic service representative, doesn’t know how to load a gift card, making new rules on their own, when there is 4 posters that say get free 12’ pizza and lemonade when you get 50$ gift card they said use it on next visit.Also pizza shop that is out of basil what a joke.

I ordered Simple pizza from Uber eats app. The pizza was cold because the courier NIKHIL brought it as the third or fourth order. When I heated it up, it became pointless and became soft and like a frozen pizza. Also, the bottom of the pizza was burnt, and it tasted burnt when eating it. I was not satisfied at all and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Useless staff. Ordered a single pizza for dine in and they proceeded to forget to make the pizza. How? 4 others that came in after me got there order. I left with a refund and I will never be back. The place wasn't even busy.
