“Please maintain consistency” Owner need to give attention on this please I’ve bought ice cream from this store three times, and every time they change their rules. The first time, I got three scoops in a regular cone. The second time (Wednesday, October 15), they said only two small scoops for a regular size and 2 Big scoops for large size. And they gave me regular size with two scoop of different flavours. Now this time, they’ve changed it again and only give one scoop in a regular cone! Which was on just top of it and all cone is empty 🙁 It’s really disappointing 😐— one scoop barely fills the cone and doesn’t worth the money we spent. Please set one clear rule and stick to it so customers aren’t confused every visit.

Today I nd friend tried the Choco Lava Brownie with ice cream at Shake Therapy Kitchener and it was honestly so delicious! The brownie was warm and gooey, the ice cream perfectly creamy, and together it was just heavenly. I’m not even a dessert person, but this treat totally won me over. Definitely worth trying!will definitely come again
