I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent from start to finish friendly, attentive, and quick. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the paratha and the shahi korma. The paratha was perfectly soft and flaky, and the shahi korma was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place is the best food I’ve tried in Waterloo. The lamb dish is one of the best I’ve had, such beautiful flavour in every sauce. The staff are very kind and the restaurant had a great ambiance! If they keep up the quality they are showing I expect to be a regular here for a long time!

Tried the Chicken & Mutton Fry Piece Pulav and Chicken 65 - Everything was delicious! Rich flavour, soft meat, and perfect spice. Really enjoyed the food and would definitely recommend this place!

I had the best experience at Simply South, all thanks to Greeshma! She was absolutely amazing — so friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her warm smile and caring attitude made us feel truly welcomed. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely loves what they do, and Greeshma is one of them! She’s definitely the reason I’ll keep coming back. Highly recommend asking for her when you visit! 🌸

We came here to celebrate our anniversary and wanted tasty food. Bhargavi was server and provided us through out suggestions from cocktails to main course. The difference I experienced is every dish has different taste and I enjoyed the spices not like other restaurants where everything made out of same base sauce. We ordered 2 cocktail and both were nice. Andhra kodi charu chicken, hyadrabadi chicken 65 wet, Malbar chicken roast (super delicious), Chettinad Chicken curry (all chicken). Special chicken boneless Biryani. You can taste nice ghee and all spices in the birayani and it was not at all dry. I will definitely visit again ☺️.

Food is not so good in taste but apart from that they serve soooo Unhygienic food, got hair in my food, I literally took it out while eating from my mouth. I did not make any scene, but i let them know immediately and left my food just there, they just said sorry. No empathy at all, we paid our bill and they were smiling.

Priyanka really helped us out with the menu and made it extra special at the end as we celebrating 42nd anniversary of my parents.

Taste of dishes were good each visit.
Hope the restaurant continue to provide it's taste.
Chicken and mutton Briyani - Has flavous but lacks spiciness.
Tried parota which was good but don't except it to be thread parota ( Nool parota).
Tried chicken Tikka which taste was good.
Kids will love most of the dish since the spice level were quite low.
Ambience of the restaurant is quite good for the space .

Suggest to improve the hospitality.
On our 2nd visit felt awkward when they asked us to switch table multiple times.

They can improve the Parking space cleanliness specially at back of the building.
Front parking spaces are limited and most of the time it's full on weekends lunch and dinner time.
