I recently visited this café. The coffee was quite good, and the strawberry cake was absolutely delicious — fresh and flavorful. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the place; it could definitely use more attention. Also, the customer service wasn’t the best — the staff didn’t seem very welcoming or attentive. With a bit of improvement in cleanliness and service, this spot could be a great place to relax and enjoy a treat.

Can't beat the coffee here.

The ambiance is warm. If you enjoy working out of a café, this place is great. Not crowded and good service

Iced coffee drinks are pretty good here, with a good selection of syrups to add. Hot coffee here isn't my favourite. I like their sweet treat options! I mainly go for the service and atmosphere though, nice staff and a nice little nook of Kitchener to study in.

The coffee is okay. But they have the worst staff I have ever experienced. The staff has a poker face and very rude and seems he was unwilling to serve us.

Open weekends when everybody it's closed

I ordered black coffee, the coffee was tasteless, just water. They poured it for me from a thermos. I also ordered to take with me, they gave me hot coffee in a paper cup without a lid and additional protection so as not to burn myself.

I grab a coffee here every wednesday and friday morning! Can get quite busy, but still a cute spot :D

Such a cute spot to study or wait for the train!! I was suggested to try this place by a friend, and tried their iced chai w oat milk and a muffin for my trip. so YUM. Baristas were also very sweet! Thank you so much, Smile Tiger!

Cool ambiance and awesome sandwich

There is something magical about sitting at a coffee shop close to a train station. The ambiance is great. Can get very busy if a train is cancelled. I like that they open early. Parking is hard to get later in the day.

Smile Tiger is an exceptional spot for coffee lovers—truly a sensory experience. The roastery in the café fills the space with an incredible aroma, and the coffee itself is top-tier. I had both a cortado and drip coffee; refills come at a cost, but the quality makes it worthwhile. While they do offer some food options, including vegetarian choices, I wouldn’t visit specifically for the food. The atmosphere is fantastic, though during rush hour it can get busy and a bit tough to work. Still, given its proximity to the train station, it’s a perfect spot to relax while waiting for your train.

This is a great place for coffee as they are roasters too. Nice ambience and good food.
