Cheese was rubbery, nothing was melted, fries were so mushy they were turning into mashed potatoes. I've never been so disappointed with a poutine in my life. I mean, when Harvey's can make a better one, you know you've got issues....

I love poutine, but to be honest, this was kind of gross. I ordered a regular poutine. The servings were large, but the fires were slightly burnt tasting and absolutely drenched in gravy. Cheese curds weren't in any way warm or melted and food tasted bland. I don't recommend this to anyone who particularly likes poutine. Food is way to expensive for what I got.

Their poutine couldn't have been better. They had good customer service. I go to the restaurant once in a while and it's never disappointed me.

Food was quick and tasty! Had a great chat with the workers as well. I felt safe the whole time and was surprised at how generous the portion was.

Had some poutine cravings and thought to give this place a try. Was very disappointed.. Low quality fries, the cheese curds never melted, the gravy was super salty, and there was no flavour.. I donât recommend this place if you seek a good quality poutine. Itâs more of a fast food type. Wouldnât get it again.

We were so excited to get our order tonight. But when mine got here it was cold, the cheese was not melted and my fries were WAY under cooked to the point of almost being raw. I ordered the meal size mac and cheese burger which was supposed to come with dill pickles, but instead they put sweet (bread and butter) pickles on it. Not what I wanted at all and a complete and total disappointment.

Freaking amazing
Poutine is ok but feels a bit industrial, especially the cheese. Cross the bridge and go for real poutine in Gatineau. Service is quick and friendly.
