A litte expensive but atleast its close to my home

I usually have a good experience, but this one time, I needed to buy 2 things, and then I went to the express checkout because I wanted to pay with cash. There were only 2 people in front of me but they were both there buying lottery tickets. What's the point of an express checkout if you're offering services there that are not an express pace. I waited for 10 minutes then I had to run to the bus stop but the bus left 1 min earlier, making me go into the store and sit down for another 25 minutes, making me think about my life choices. It would make a lot more sense if they have a lottery at the normal check outs instead of the express ones.

Came 5:45pm, 15 minutes before closing, and they did not let me in.

Helpful staff, convenient location.

Went in tonight at 1045 ( fifteen minutes before close I know it's a late purchase ) and doors were locked and then I watched another late customer attempt the locked doors and got denied then went in the exit and was welcomed inton shop . Yikes. Just didn't turn the guy away who broke the rules. Bad service.

The worst experience i had at a grocery store. This is the first time I have experienced racism. Your associate accused me of fraud and was racist towards me and my friends. Keep trained associates who know how to work, who know how to actually be smart served. This lady belittled my culture, my people and humilated us. I want action taken against this associate. I work in retail, I know how things work and your associates don't. 6 years in Canada and a random associate accusses me fraud, asks derogatory questions and was purely racist towards me.

Although still an expensive store in general, I want to thank the tireless efforts of the girl I see predominantly at self check-out doing her best to adhere to the law when it comes to verifying identification on alcohol sales. Far too many people either can't understand the rules or the concept of someone who follows them.

It is your job as a customer to understand the rules when purchasing alcohol from an establishment. It is not to take out your own ignorance or incompetence on the young girl doing her best to follow the establishments liquor license requirements.

I visit this store regularly. I have seen fists clenched, and heard voices raised from unhappy customers. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Go back to these places you describe that don't follow the rules.

Whole staff is so rude!!

i recently visited to this store today, my husband took two beers but when we go to self checkout they asked for id my husband gave physical id but they were asking for my id because i was with him. The girl on store counter gave us attitude so my husband went back to store and i was standing outside but still they were asking for id and i said can i give you photo of id firstly one of them said okay but when i gave then they said physical copy of id… okay we are respecting for rules but they are doing racism, zero customer service and even they were rude with us specially one girl near self checkout counter. Just because of attitude they didn’t gave us anything. We went to so many stores, they are very kind with customers and nobody asking for full family id but this store’s customer service is very poor.
