Food good however the kitchen staff with his feet up in the back with no shoes on was a bit of a turn off, also as far as I know open toed shoes aren’t suppose to be worn in any kitchen

They served me a raw burger!!!! Seriously one of the worst dining experiences every!!! I tried to order gravy and the guy atthe till had no idea what j was talking about!!! Had a swiss mushroom burger and the grease from the mushrooms disintegrated the gluten free bun, and the one burger patty was completely pink!!!

Came in and ordered a South Street Burger combo, which had a sign at the front door saying it was $12.99. when the register rang it up, it came up as $15.29. I asked why it wasn't what the sign advertised, he said it was only if I don't want to change any of the toppings in the burger. To which I said that was fine, I'll do that. Then he gave me the $12.99 price. When I got to the burger section, I was asked by a different guy what I wanted on my burger, and I was allowed to add and remove any of the non-extra $ toppings. Seems like the first person was dishonest and was trying to either cover why they tried to charge me more insteado owning up to the mistake but also trying to just charge more to begin with. Be careful!

Always great service at this location! As a celiac it is great to see how careful they are when preparing my meal, the food is great and you get plenty of toppings on your burger. Highly recommend!

This place is overall pretty nice. It has tasty meat and fries. I will say though the fries are a bit bland but with ketchup, it’s a nice 7/10. The meat is juicy but no to juicy. The atmosphere is an average mini-restaurant. Not to crowded but not to empty. The bread’s soft and nice. Getting utensils is pretty easy, you just need to walk over and grab what you need. Overall, it’s 4 stars.

The prices are a bit high but the burgers and fries are great, the staff is friendly and they have great gluten free options with good attention to cross contamination.

This place is 100% celiac friendly!
They prepare GF buns in a separate area.
The fryer is GF and so is the gravy!
What a treat to have fried food and poutine!

$15.50 for a kids meal???? Why too much for lunch for a kid, not coming here again. Can't understand what the workers are saying, please learn better English. Bench seats are old and ripped. Girl dressing my burger doesn't know how to smile!! None of the workers look happy, just what I need on a Tuesday.
