Had an awesome experience at South Side Burger! The burgers were juicy, flavorful, and made to perfection. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned – the perfect side. The vibe was relaxed and welcoming, making it a great spot to hang out. Special thanks to Sumit and Ravi for their friendly service and great energy. They really made our visit enjoyable. If you’re craving a solid burger with good vibes, South Side Burger is a must-try. We’ll be back!

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! Don’t order from here, nothing. My husband and I ordered from here through skip the dishes. In the past we have had great experiences. This time we were shorted food, drink substitutions were made without our knowledge and the food we did get was not what we ordered. We called to find out what happened and they didn’t care. No apology no refund offered nothing. They tried to say we got what we ordered until the order was read back to them and they realised they were wrong. We were then told to get a refund through skip and hung up on. We were refunded 30% of the cost through skip. Based on the phone experience I believe a language barrier is to blame for this. If you can’t read and understand English you shouldn’t be preparing food from an app. What would have happened if allergies or dietary restrictions were involved?

Order was wrong. Also employee kept reaching for toppings that I hadn't asked for. One specific that im heavily allergic to and I sternly said no not pickles, I didnt ask for that. I Felt rushed and then they ended up forgetting parts of my order. Awful. Dont come here

We placed an order online for delivery and the burgers came topped wrong with toppings we don’t like. The fries were ice cold when they got to us as well. I requested a refund and was a denied. I guess I’ll never come back here again.
extremely disappointed with how the service is I understand how fast food costumer service is but denying ordering food when there is 15 mins left just because you cleaning up is not following the policy. if you close at 8pm then close at 8pm not 15 before. extremely rude service when I told the lady at front i think she was indian told us off that they aren’t making any food. very disappointed won’t be coming back, if i had to give a 1 star I would.

Horrible experience. I came on a Sunday to order food and they said they close the store at 8:00pm. I entered the store at 7:50pm and waited at the front for someone to take my order. The lady worker came at 7:52pm making me wait 2 minutes to tell me that she is closed and will not take my order. This is ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable. If the store is closed and not taking orders you should close the store and not allow customers to enter the store. The lady did not want to make my order simply because she was lazy and probably wanted to leave early and finish work. Another customer even waited in line behind me to have the same thing. I work at food places and if a store is closed and not taking orders, the door should be closed. The lady said the last call for taking any food orders was at 7:45pm but the store closes at 8:00pm. Never again will I be coming a location that does not want to do their job. Work the hours and if you want to close early than lock your store door. They made up a lie just because she did not want to waste time making food which is her whole job and within store opening hours. I do not recommend coming to this location, if you want to have nice service. It was the one shorter Indian lady and she was the manager. Unacceptable behaviour coming from a manager and will be letting everyone I know.

I ordered from this location through DoorDash. The food showed up in a small, plain paper bag with no South Street logo on it. When I opened the bag not one of the wrappers had the south street logo on it. The food has gone downhill. Used to be so good. Not even sure what I was eating came from south street.
