We took a combo and trust me it feel tasty and amazing because they Maintain hygiene and serve with loved.
Customer service is on top.
Staff over there was so friendly and it’s in you budget it self.

Everybody needs to go and try their burgers.

I visited South St. Burger yesterday and was genuinely impressed. From the moment I walked in, the team greeted me with a smile and made sure everything ran smoothly — the service was efficient, friendly, and attentive.

When my order arrived, I took my first bite of the burger and was blown away. The patty was juicy and cooked just right — not dry or overdone. The bun was fresh and held everything together nicely. The toppings were crisp, flavorful, and complemented the meat well without overpowering it. I will definitely eat here again!

I got the queso burger. In the picture it looks stacked. But in reality it's tiny limp and dry. Definitely NOT worth $14. I feel robbed for paying $14 for that lol

Way overpriced $11.99 just for a burger - I wasn’t offered the chance to put anymore toppings on either - and that’s just basic service. Food tasted good and it was hot and fresh, but 11.99 just for the burger.

Original Review : Absolutely Disgusting and Disappointing — Avoid at All Costs

My friend and I ordered two grilled chicken burger combos. At first, the food tasted fine, even good. But a few bites in, I noticed a strange smell coming from my burger. I tried sniffing each part, the bun, the pickles, the chicken, but couldn’t pinpoint it. I had to stop eating because I felt like I was going to throw up. I didn’t say anything to my friend because I didn’t want to ruin her appetite.
But as soon as she saw me drop that burger, she said, “It stinks, doesn’t it?” That’s when we realized both our burgers were bad. We stopped eating immediately.

I went to the counter and let them know. All I got was a flat “Sorry.” No explanation, no concern, no offer to refund or replace the food — nothing. My friend went up separately to talk to someone else and got the same response: “Sorry.” That was it. No investigation, no concern, no offer to replace the food, no refund, just a flat, uninterested apology. To make matters worse, we both ended up sick later that evening. Clearly, something in those burgers was spoiled.

This place does not care about customer safety, let alone satisfaction. And that’s horrifying when you consider they’re handling food that people are putting into their bodies. A mistake is one thing — but refusing to take accountability, investigate, or even offer basic compensation is a whole different level of negligence. Do yourself a favor and do not eat here. It’s not worth the risk to your health, your time, or your money. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

Had an awesome experience at South Side Burger! The burgers were juicy, flavorful, and made to perfection. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned – the perfect side. The vibe was relaxed and welcoming, making it a great spot to hang out. Special thanks to Sumit and Ravi for their friendly service and great energy. They really made our visit enjoyable. If you’re craving a solid burger with good vibes, South Side Burger is a must-try. We’ll be back!

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! Don’t order from here, nothing. My husband and I ordered from here through skip the dishes. In the past we have had great experiences. This time we were shorted food, drink substitutions were made without our knowledge and the food we did get was not what we ordered. We called to find out what happened and they didn’t care. No apology no refund offered nothing. They tried to say we got what we ordered until the order was read back to them and they realised they were wrong. We were then told to get a refund through skip and hung up on. We were refunded 30% of the cost through skip. Based on the phone experience I believe a language barrier is to blame for this. If you can’t read and understand English you shouldn’t be preparing food from an app. What would have happened if allergies or dietary restrictions were involved?
