When I visited for dinner tonight, the man at the cash register was very rude, so I left without buying anything.

A few things, but to start food is fantastic, I will use more to say on this after I speak about the exceptional, polite and very friendly staff - not to mention the views / windows for this location. The food is great, the best hamburger anywhere close to this area is located right here. The burger is hot, prepared well, lots of choices and sauces to get creative with. They assemble the meal with no doubt they respect you and the food they made. The people working here was so friendly, cheerful - you felt welcome. When I first arrived they were cleaning up and mopping, you could see they were using soup on the floors! Not just water. Tables looked great too. Hiring my stay, when they had a free moment they were cleaning, wiping down, sweeping and smiling! It’s obvious they are treated well and they treat their clients so nice.

After my meal they came and asked how I enjoyed it, and then offered me a stamp/club card also. Can’t say enough good things about how it feels to join them for a meal here.

The food is also excellent, great proportion, fries were golden / crisp on the outside and fluffy inside. The meal I enjoyed is amping the top 3 burger places for quick serve, but don’t let that fool you - this burger is significantly better than about 95 percent of the resultants I have eaten a burger at.

Highly recommended to join them if you can. It takes about 4 min longer to get a burger because they don’t seem to prep make anything. They start then when your order but that means they come out hot too.

I really enjoyed this meal today, you probably will also.

I did a takeout order. They have Halal options. The burger was really good. Wasn’t sure about my poutine though I’ll definitely be coming back though burgers were awesome

REAL FOOD so great! Had a lettuce wrapped burger and it was delicious. Aji (sorry if I'm spelling his name wrong) was so friendly and helpful with our allergy concerns as well. Great food & service.

Really enjoyed my visit to South Street Burgers. The staff were super nice, the place was quiet and clean, and the food was delicious. My favorite was the Mushroom & Swiss burger — so good! The blueberry milkshakes were great too, and the kids loved the free ice cream. We’ll definitely be back!

Burgers are a favorite of mine.. And I've been to a few burger joints but south street is my fav. Not only are the burgers fresh and have a variety of nice combinations but I like how the toppings are right in front of you and they put them on right in front of you. Also most places can't make good onion rings and I love onions rings with my burger. South street has this nailed flawlessly... And even has a zesty dipping sauce for them. When it comes to a fancier burger than fast food, this place is my new go to!

Really exceeded my expectations! Great quality food, reasonable prices, very quick. Did not realize you can build your own burger until after I ordered, but will definitely try it next time.

My boyfriend and I remembered how much we enjoyed South St Burger's burger and fries combo a while ago, that it was a no brainer to return there again today. As soon as we saw the restaurant sign, we were reminded about how delicious everything was during our first visit! Todays second visit did not disappoint, nor did the wonderful customer service! Customer service was good but the food quality was terrible. For the price point, it would be better to go to Fat Burger or Five Guy.
