I ordered bone in chicken BOGO offer with 2 raita, and i paid extra money for raita as well, but I haven’t got raita. This is second time I’m facing issue. First time i thought just a silly mistake. But missing the same food for second time is not a silly mistake.

I ordered the BOGO Chicken 65 Biryani ($22.99) and the BOGO Mutton Biryani ($24.99), thinking it was a genuine buy-one-get-one deal. I was shocked to realize it’s not really BOGO at all. The portion sizes make it obvious you’re basically paying for both meals anyway it feels like they just charge you for two and label it as “BOGO.”
On top of that, the taste was the worst part. The biryani lacked flavor and was very disappointing overall. Definitely not worth the price.
I won’t be ordering from here again.

I had one of the worst food experiences ever at Spice n Scoop. I ordered the chicken biriyani, and I honestly don’t know what they were thinking. The spice level was so extreme that it felt like it was made only for people with an unreal, fire-proof spice tolerance. It definitely wasn’t made for the average customer.
To make it worse, they didn’t even bother to provide any side--no yogurt, no raita, nothing at all to help balance the heat. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone not even to my worst enemy. I walked away disappointed, uncomfortable, and honestly a bit shocked that a restaurant would think this is acceptable.
Never ordering from here again.

Worst biryani ever. Complete waste of money. Don’t just believe the overall 4.1 rating, it’s not worth it. I ordered paneer biryani and chicken biryani, both tasted old and stale. The paneer biryani was basically just rice with barely any paneer or veggies. No raita, no saalan, nothing. Very poor quality. Don’t waste your money here.

They frequently run a buy-one-get-one offer on biryani, which is a great deal. The badam milk is a must-try, and the service is very friendly. On top of that, the food tastes great too
