I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I'm honestly not even sure where to start. We went to St.Louis tonight to have dinner for my boyfriend's birthday. We were seated quickly, however after that is when everything started going poorly. It took us about 20 minutes to even get a drink (other than water). In total it was about 40 minutes from when we were seated until we finally got our appetizer (we got the spinach dip - which was just mediocre). Our waitress passed our table MULTIPLE times and didn't even bother to check on us or ask if we needed a refill or anything (or take away the empty plate from our app), despite us watching her check on literally every single table around us. About an hour after being there our main dishes finally came out. We both ordered gravy to go with our meal but only one was brought out. I ordered the chicken tacos and when I took a bite the chicken was cold.....absolutely DISGUSTING. We had to flag down another waitress since ours had still not come back to check on us. We were told even if they put a rush on it it would be about 10 to 15 minutes to get new chicken tacos. Originally I said okay, but honestly the service was abysmal and by the time my food would've come back out my boyfriend would be done eating. We opted to leave instead and let the other waitress know we just wanted the bill. Finally our actual waitress came back out with the bill and barely even apologized. Even though they took my mesl off the bill (as they should since it wasn't even edible) and discounted my boyfriend's meal 15% this is is the worst service I've ever received anywhere. Service and food quality were both awful & I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here.

Been to this location multiple times, food is great but service is not good, it’s almost like we have to beg for the servers attention to order food and drinks. Servers do not check up on the customers what so ever. It was not very busy either to cause this type of service.

Server was unfriendly, inpatient and gave attitude when they were asked questions. They weren’t busy so not really sure what was going on there.The food was overdone and underwhelming. We won’t return.
