Starbucks on Ira needles in the Sobey's plaza has the best customer service I've experienced thus far. The drinks have always been on point no matter who makes them there.
Today put it over the top with the service I received from Amanda. I was so happy I had to write a review. She gave great suggestions and made the drink soooooooo good. It's like she knew what I was looking for. Love this location. Great job you guys.

I had a disappointing experience at Starbucks yesterday (tue oct 22,2024 2:30pm). One of the employees, a brunette girl with a fuller figure making the drinks seemed to treat me differently from other customers. When my drinks were ready, she didn’t call my name, even though she did so for others—possibly because my name isn’t a typical English one. On top of that, one of my hot drinks came without a sleeve. I politely asked her for a sleeve and some water, but instead of assisting me, she prioritized other customers even though I had been standing there for over five minutes. After being told “yup” with no follow-up, I had to ask another employee just to get a cup of water. Even then, I had to ask again for the sleeve, which was sitting right in front of her.
It was disappointing to see such inconsistent service. However, I want to give credit where it’s due—the blonde cashier was extremely kind and polite, and her professionalism stood out compared to the others. It’s clear that not all employees are at the same level of training, and this discrepancy in service affected my overall experience.

Placed an order online 20 minutes ahead, wasn't ready when I arrived. Then got told by the staff that I couldn't even sit while waiting because it was "employee seating only." Will not be returning to this location.

I've been a regular at this Starbucks location for a while, and while their drinks are always top-notch, I've noticed a decline in customer service. The staff seems less friendly and engaged lately. It's a bit disappointing to come in and not receive a greeting or acknowledgment.

I’ve always had consistency when it comes to my orders here. Nice staff, great drinks.
I don't normally go to Starbucks or drink coffee, but I stopped in recently on a very hot day just to ask for some ice water, and despite not being there to make a large purchase, the staff treated me incredibly friendly and quickly! The customer service at this location is always wonderful! They owners are lucky to have such great staff! They are the best! I would definitely recommend this location to others.
