Never go to this starbucks! Waited in line for half an hour, wrong order was given and though correct order was given lady looks liked pissed and filled that drink to the top and spilled in my hand when I got in the car.
The service is pretty bad here. We waited 20 minutes for our order while everyone else got theirs and new customers coming in. They eventually realized they had forgotten our order. They even asked us what our order was, and when it finally arrived, it was the wrong size as well. We understand they were busy, but better organization would help, especially knowing what’s in stock and what’s out of stock. I got wrap and it's burnt, macchiato and mint

I also own a business and would never leave a 1 star review, however the way the barista spoke to a customer who had a mistake on his order (it was starbucks fault) was totally rude and racist.
Thank you to Gianfranco for stepping in and rectifying the mistake.

Very bad management, i believe Patty is her name..
She is not able to handle that job..
Me and my family and staff go there 3-4 times a week and everyone nows me.
I had to wash my hands 1 day before i ordered my stuff ,she looked at me like i was a drug dealer or something like that..
I sat down outside to wait for my wife and kidds and as soon as we sat down within 3-5 min max she comes out and tell us 'u can't sit here without ordering anything,,,
I felt like i was in military, junta where officers give orders to soldiers..
Very embarrassing for an established like Starbucks to hire this staff..
I will never go back again not there but anywhere is Starbucks me i my family..

I was just here the other day and was served by a girl named Lin. She was the sweetest soul ever. She made great conversation about fire fighting with me. She let me take my time when I was having a rough day and needed time to think of my order. She cheered me up right away and was a super sweet bubbly person. She made my day! Such a sweet girl. Thanks Lin! 💕

A huge THANK YOU to the team at Starbucks working this morning at 11:30 AM. Like the idiot I am, I spilled my entire coffee in my car! When I went back to ask if they could make me another one, they not only did that, but their barista, Haley, grabbed a bucket of water and cleaner and helped me clean up my mess! You turned a sucky situation into a better one. Thank you for going above and beyond!

This is supposed to be a venti green tea lemonade, it’s 2 inches from the top. I’m only leaving this because you can’t complain when you’re in there but I’ve never had a drink from Starbucks that isn’t full to the brim. It’s expensive and should be a full drink.

I have built an amazing relationship with this location and have become a regular here over the last 8 years. I come here 4-6 times a week every week without fail. Some of the staff are my neighbours as well. I tip every tingle time and enjoy this location before work and after work. I also bring my kids in here on wknds.
Today I’m in shock with how I was treated. A staff member named patty, who is well aware of who I am. She sees me daily and I have a smile on my face everytime I step into this location. Today I ran inside to use the bathroom quick (like I do often) before I could buy my daily coffee. And she came up to me and told me verbatim “Sorry the bathrooms are for customers only” I then responded “oh I’m sorry I just needed to use the bathroom quick” she said “no sorry it’s for customers only” I responded “oh that’s ok I’ll buy my coffee now” mind you I just came inside and had my phone on a video work meeting I was on outside. I then told her “I’m in here daily and you know who I am how would you consider me not a customer” she responded “you have to buy something before you use the bathroom everytime”
Is this actually real? Is this how you treat your regular customers? Just a yes or no please. Im literally in shock with her smug responses. I was kind all the way through this interaction. She then says to me as I’m buying the coffee to use the bathroom (keep in mind we say hi to each other multiple times a week she knows who I am) she says “also you can’t be on your phone it’s disturbing everyone if your staying in the store”
……. I’m not sure if it was a bad day for her but I was like excuse me? I asked her name and she didn’t respond she points at her business card… I was kind entire way through this. What kind of business is this? I’d like an explanation because for once in my life I’ve had enough of bad service this one put the cherry on top. Incredible.
Patty grow up and treat your regular customers with respect, I own a sales company of fire you on the spot for that weird strange behaviour. Star bucks do better. I’m literally in and out daily and this is how you guys treat me? Wild.
