I got a grande oat shaken espresso, and I forgot to tell them to put less ice in it. I realised when I got my drink, so I apologized and said I forgot to ask for light ice, my bad, if they can please remake it with less ice. I had not even taken a sip from it at all. They remade it and just took some ice out and the drink was so much less amount in the cup… which is annoying because I’m paying for the full sized drink. Everytime I order very light ice the cup is always still full, if I wanted less drink amount I’d get a smaller size! This is after they remade it, I had taken like 2/3 sips from it.

This spot is so hit and miss. Sometimes I mobile order and it’s ready when they say to expect it and others I get there and the people are just chatting and not focusing on clearing the line at all. Sometimes my drink is awesome and other times it’s lacking.

It was second time in a week at this store ,I am regular customer but they gave me twice time upset.I ordered my coffee with 6.44$ with a small cup ,but my order is a venti cup ,,,and another experiment was so upset,,I am not be back!

I like starbucks but I'm getting really tired of them not listening to what my drink order is. I ask for light ice, I ask for a reason I'm not spending like $8 on a drink thats not what I requested. This isn't the only location, but I hope employees will start to make sure they follow what's asked

No greeting… they pick and choose who to speak to, seemed like only regulars… waited at counter for about a minute before even greeted… the girl was then friendly who took my order but… I had to wait a bit while orders after mine went out… then the girl puts my order on counter… I waited and then said umm is this mine??? She says yeah… horrible service! Don’t pick and choose who to give good service to!
