Recently visited this establishment and service was prompt and courtesy. Coffee was the usual starbucks consistency. Washroom requires a code. Store was clean and parking lot is shared with blinds to go.
They won’t even greet you when you want to order and won’t even call out your name that the order is ready
Extremely racist staff when I entered they said are you Emily then started laughing and said just kidding
After waiting for 5 min they asked if i want to place an order
Staff should be taught something about customer service and curtsy
Also the server who took my order did not even know what I was ordering

I had such an outstanding experience with this Starbucks location that I had to leave a review. I called with a few questions, and Nathan was incredibly kind, patient, and clear in answering everything. Later, when I accidentally placed the wrong order through the Starbucks app, I called again—and once more, Nathan was so kind and professional in offering me assistance.
The app’s helpline was really frustrating and not helpful at all, but thankfully Nathan was very kind, understanding, and resourceful to ensure my order issue is dealt with properly.
Exceptional customer service like this is rare. Highly recommend this location because of him (which also speaks to the quality of customer service in this location).

Whenever I go inside the wait is awful. There was only 2 people ahead of me today. Both got served while I waited 9 minutes. Then the person taking ordered disappears. I waited a couple more minutes and left.
I wouldn’t be leaving a bad review if this was the first or second time. But it’s frequent.

Have visited Starbucks for over a decade. I have always loved having my name called and my beverage being served perfect. I have never been into a Starbucks with so much chaos and lack of organization . Waited an abnormal amount of time for my order to be taken. While she was taking my order, she was talking to a coworker instead of paying attention to my order. First time ever they did not even ask for my name… the girl ahead of me was there Probably 15 minutes. She had the wrong beverage given to her three times… mine was a guessing game! When I finally got my drink it didn’t taste normal and my sandwich was a mess. Never been disappointed in a Starbucks visit until today. They need management and organization.

I visit this location pretty regularly and have always found everyone to be super nice and friendly. Unfortunately, twice this week in the morning, there is an old lady with blue or green glasses at the drive-through window who has such an attitude. Both times my coffee was order on the app 10 minutes ahead and still wasn’t ready. She was very rude telling me it's not read. After today, I will not come back to this location. Really disappointing.

We ordered a head of time the way we always do before we go to Starbucks on the app. When we arrived we let them know we were picking up a mobile order for Kate. Keep in mind we are regular Starbucks customers 4-5 times per week. When we got to the window the woman told us there’s a 12 minute policy on orders, (app quotes 3-7 minutes, it was three minutes away from the expected pickup time quoted on the app) She continued to say there are orders ahead of us and we would have to come in and wait inside. NEVER have I had this experience at a Starbucks. Mobile orders are meant to be a convenience piece. As a regular customer there’s an opportunity to be had about policy, communication and customer service. We watched everyone that was behind us in the drive through get served ahead of us through the drive through window, while we waited inside for our order. And on my way out a very sarcastic ‘thank you’ was yelled to me across the store. I’ll also be communicating this to head office and I would love to hear back from a Manager.

Your Cool Lime Lemon Refresher has the nastiest after taste of any drink i have had. Also this location made me walk inside to get the Iced London Fog. This is the only location I have had to do that. Won't be back.
A Starbucks refresher is expensive. And I choose to spend the money because I like the drink. However, when you go for the drink and they make it without measuring and just throw it in a cup with some ice instead of a shaker and properly measured, the drink tastes terrible. I feel like I jipped when I spend seven dollars on a drink and they don’t take the time to make it properly. It’s lazy and sloppy.

Worst customer service… Starbucks is famous for their service but this location is garbage… always get my matcha unmixed… stays at bottom… and always they says sorry cold foam just went down somehow but I promise i did cold foam… seriously !!! And when you ask them to mix it well they says oh our machine is different so we can’t mix it well… this is near to my place hence i have to visit often but now i mostly drive all the way to Hespeler location to get my drink because they are professionals and know what Starbucks serves… This location needs to get trained first… to learn how to make or customize drinks and how to provide customer service…

Adi greeted me in a polite and timely manner, and even gave me a complimentary Sandwich to try.
The entire staff was presentable, friendly and kind.
10/10 experience.
