I visit this location pretty regularly and have always found everyone to be super nice and friendly. Unfortunately, twice this week in the morning, there is an old lady with blue or green glasses at the drive-through window who has such an attitude. Both times my coffee was order on the app 10 minutes ahead and still wasn’t ready. She was very rude telling me it's not read. After today, I will not come back to this location. Really disappointing.

We ordered a head of time the way we always do before we go to Starbucks on the app. When we arrived we let them know we were picking up a mobile order for Kate. Keep in mind we are regular Starbucks customers 4-5 times per week. When we got to the window the woman told us there’s a 12 minute policy on orders, (app quotes 3-7 minutes, it was three minutes away from the expected pickup time quoted on the app) She continued to say there are orders ahead of us and we would have to come in and wait inside. NEVER have I had this experience at a Starbucks. Mobile orders are meant to be a convenience piece. As a regular customer there’s an opportunity to be had about policy, communication and customer service. We watched everyone that was behind us in the drive through get served ahead of us through the drive through window, while we waited inside for our order. And on my way out a very sarcastic ‘thank you’ was yelled to me across the store. I’ll also be communicating this to head office and I would love to hear back from a Manager.

Your Cool Lime Lemon Refresher has the nastiest after taste of any drink i have had. Also this location made me walk inside to get the Iced London Fog. This is the only location I have had to do that. Won't be back.
A Starbucks refresher is expensive. And I choose to spend the money because I like the drink. However, when you go for the drink and they make it without measuring and just throw it in a cup with some ice instead of a shaker and properly measured, the drink tastes terrible. I feel like I jipped when I spend seven dollars on a drink and they don’t take the time to make it properly. It’s lazy and sloppy.

Worst customer service… Starbucks is famous for their service but this location is garbage… always get my matcha unmixed… stays at bottom… and always they says sorry cold foam just went down somehow but I promise i did cold foam… seriously !!! And when you ask them to mix it well they says oh our machine is different so we can’t mix it well… this is near to my place hence i have to visit often but now i mostly drive all the way to Hespeler location to get my drink because they are professionals and know what Starbucks serves… This location needs to get trained first… to learn how to make or customize drinks and how to provide customer service…

Adi greeted me in a polite and timely manner, and even gave me a complimentary Sandwich to try.
The entire staff was presentable, friendly and kind.
10/10 experience.

This lady was drinking something on the floor while taking order nad make drinks that looks bad
I literally i ask no water and even thou I seen her add water and I asked her she had to read my cup and say no water and she seen me I was not happy and exactly went to try it, it has water I always ask for same drink with heavy cream, and never looks like this very lazy and liar the one girl 😡

Customer service is very rude. I was served by Sara and her tone dealing with me was extremely pathetic. I am regular at Starbucks Hespeler(Great customer service) but this was my first time trying this location. Worst attitude towards people of colour. No need for aggression in the morning. You have lost an everyday customer.

I ordered a drink at the drive through. Cold drink that had caramel. I specially asked for no ice and my drink to be extra stirred. When I arrived at the drive thru speaker. No welcome to Starbucks. Just yelled hello. Disrespect st the window. I asked for a venti they gave me a grande but charged me for venti. I was so pissed at the rudeness of the individual at the speaker and the girl at the window. It was about 3pm on Saturday April 12. Be kinder, treat customers with respect and listen to them when they place an order. I will be making a complaint about both individuals with head office. Will never go to this location again. Picture of all the caramel stuck on the bottom and sorry didn't bring my own spoon to stir it. Garbage service and terrible product.

I was at this location on a extremely busy Friday morning at 8am...seeing how amazingly fast these ladies were working, organized and the team work was so amazing to see these women womens working like superstars...hard find workers and Teams work like I saw this morning!!!!

A good location with great staff, though - as with most Starbucks - the seats have a time limit on your butt. I suspect this is by design.
