I'm a Starbucks regular and I have always been happy with their great costumer service until today. Arushna was so distracted while taking my order, I had to repeat my order numerous times while she talked to coworkers. It's great that she can have fun at work but preferably not while she's supposed to be taking care of customers. I also had to practically yell at her to get her attention to ask for a sleeve while she danced around and chatted with coworkers.

Starbucks Prides itself on customer service and the girl with the blue hair and glasses was so disrespectful, aloof, and just so rude :( which sucks because I was having a bad day and got Starbucks to cheer me up .. why is everyone in the world so mad ?

It's been a long time since I was at a Starbucks. I sat down with a friend and had a matcha latte. The table we sat at had a few crumbs, but otherwise the atmosphere was fairly clean. The staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. Thank you!Wheelchair accessibility: There is accessible parking and ramp right near there.

AVOID THIS LOCATION I had a disappointing experience at a Starbucks in Canada. The barista made the wrong drink, and when I asked for a replacement or refund, they were unhelpful. This is unusual, as Starbucks in the USA typically offers better customer service. In a prior incident, they also refused to honor a coupon, and a sick barista sneezed on my drink without replacing it, which was quite unpleasant. Consistency in customer service seems lacking at this location.

Tried my first Caramel Brulee Latte - Smooth, with a hint of burnt caramel. Nice treat. The barista who made my drink was so incredibly accommodating... I was being fussy about how much sweetener I wanted in my drink. She remade it for me and made sure I was happy with her creation before I left the store. Amazing customer service!
Ignorant and very weird looking employees. At least two of them ??I'm frightened to go back thereIs there any code or guidance how their employees present themselves?

First of all they didn't have bold coffee that I wanted ? Then they try and sub in a medium roast coffee ? At 3 times the price , no thanks I can get that anywhere. So I walked out and went to another place a block away . Starbucks shame on you ?
