Was rudely spoken to at the speaker when told my mobile ready wasn’t ready at the time when my app told me it would be. Then asked me to come in and get it the order. The order was still not ready, made incorrectly, and the barista spilled the drink on my partner without apologizing. Overall terrible experience.

Most importantly this place is somewhere I go to clear up. I love sitting at this place having the perfect sips made from perfect drinks crafted by baristas. I'm never served late or wrong. That's a plus point. But even if it's just a casual hangout or a long term friends chatting, I'll come over to this location for any hot or cold celebrated drink.

I love Starbucks, and this location is always clean and suited well with friendly staff. However, my drinks always get cold too quickly. I sat in a few days ago and within 10 minutes my drink was already lukewarm. Maybe that's typical for a Starbucks drink, however it wasn't necessarily pleasant.

I ordered a Venti and asked for very little ice, and I received an entire cup of ice. Light ice means a cup full of ice. I gave this location another chance, and it failed to make the drink as ordered. It happens every time I have come in. I made it very clear as I ordered that I wanted very little ice. I wasn’t able to turn around and return the drink. I will not be back to this location.

From the order screen to the window he was personable, bubbly, and as a bonus our order was perfectly well received. His attitude is above and beyond, and I hope he is recognized for it. Thank you!
The employees are nice but the quality of the sandwich is abysmal especially for the price they charge. Tell me if you think this is an acceptable amount of tomato on my tomato mozzarella sandwich?

I freaking ordered a door dash to my school and ordered a venti iced crème brûlée latte and changed out the whip cream for cold foam. NOT ONLY DID I NOT GET COLD FOAM THEY COULDN’T EVEN GIVE ME WHIPPED CREAM TO MAKE UP FOR IT. I’m so disappointed in you Starbucks.
