Parents: they only have 1 highchair and it is not on wheels. Just be mindful. When I made a comment about it I was told the “city says it’s not safe to have wheels”. But Tim Hortons has them on wheels…?

This Starbucks is hands down my favorite location. They’re fast, the food is consistently great, and the baristas are genuinely friendly. It easily becomes the best part of my day whenever I stop in. You can tell they care, and it makes such a difference. Highly recommend!

I ordered a mobile order at 12:20 pm, & didn’t receive my drink until 1:40pm… an hour+ wait time for a coffee, granted it is Christmas. The drive thru was too long so i went in & told a worker that i came inside instead of going through drive thru, she said that theyll put my drink on the counter instead then. They did not & put it at the drive thru & didnt let me know. Made me wait an hour & half & gave me a melted iced coffee. I understand it is christmas & it is busy but this is terrible customer service & it feels like everytime i come into this location now after making a mobile order, my order takes a business day to process 😂

I had a mobile order and got to the window and the girl at the window dropped my spinach and feta wrap on the floor, looked around to see if anyone had seen them do this, picked it up, put it on the tray with the drinks and handed my order out the window like nothing had happened.

I ordered a cold brew and was charged $9 for one drink. This wasn't even with a tip since the tip function was removed from the debit machine. That's almost $10 for a coffee. The drink wasn't even that good, I couldn't even taste the syrup. Talk about huge price increase. Starbucks is already expensive to begin with, now it's insane! Quality gone done and price gone up! No thank you Starbucks! I'll go get a cold brew from Tim Hortons or McDonalds for $3.
