Staff here are incredibly rude, ignorant and bullies. Constantly screwing up orders and refusing to fix the issues they make and accuse customers of trying to steal. Won't be back and will be reporting to corporate about this location.

I ordered a Cheesy Danish and Ice shaken espresso. Ice shaken espresso was not at all sweet, as they forgot to put the sweet flavor shots.Cheesy Danish looked like it fell on the floor. And then was packed and handed over to me.Also added the time on the clock can be compared to the receipt.

Yucky! Be careful if you're ordering food from here! I thought since it's my birthday I'd treat myself to a birthday cake pop... it got something green on it! Yuck! I ordered thru uber eats. Trying to get a refund because this is nasty and nobody's refunding me ! Gross. Won't be back to this location ?

The drive thru employee at this location on November 12, 23 at 6pm is extremely rude. I won’t return to this location because of this particular worker. This is a shame. He made me feel humiliated for his passive aggressive attitude. On top of this, my order was wrong(which was fine) and I received no apology from him for being sold out of items on the menu— all I got was a rude passive aggressive attitude from this man, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.I would suggest he be trained in customer service.

Visited today at 11:40am and placed an order in person as the drive thru line was out to the road - thinking in person would be quicker. We stood there for 30 mins waiting for our drinks as mobile order after mobile order was being prepared by 3 staff, instead of preparing drinks for the 20 other plus customers who were also standing in line waiting 30 mins for their drinks. I understand there’s a queue with the mobile orders as someone could have ordered before us, but waiting 30 mins IN PERSON for coffee is absurd. We would have been better going in the drive thru. I think the store needs to consider only accepting a certain number of mobile orders when they’re busy.

I ordered 3 caramel macchiatos today. 2 had caramel. 3rd one was just coffee with no sugar or caramel. I don't know how I feel about it. Strangely enough, this is not the first time my order got messed up at this location.
