i dont understand why every order is messed up here when I go. i told barista ab it, she walked over our table wit my right order and asked for PROOF?? i got an iced lemon loaf instead of a diff food item, and told her its an honouring bc its the wrong item so I get it free. then I got my order. Like, I paid for it bru, you don't need proof. Shady and awkward rapport on the barista's end. i didnt feel welcome

The service and everything else was fine but me and my friend waited 20-30 minutes for 2 drinks. We had 2 ppl order ahead of us and it was very clearly not busy in the store. we didn’t order any big drinks just a simple order and it still took the 5 workers a very long time to make our drinks. People ordered after us and got their drinks before we did. i’m normally patient but this made me very unhappy as my friend payed $20 for these drinks i expect them to be made.

Great place for breakfast, friendly staff, order delivered to the table.
This location makes me the best Decaf Pour Over. The staff are attentive to my needs and concerns. The staff tailor's my coffee to my liking. Never an issue to top me up with some extra cream on the side. Egg whites are my spouse's favourite. I always ask for a large cup of ice which is never any issue with the staff. The staff members are caring and kind at this location. The staff make may day that much more enjoyable. I always enjoy my iced coffee from Fairway Road Starbucks location.

I was waiting 20 min for my drink and when I received it it was hot instead of cold so I asked to get a cold one. Barista Sue gave me attitude and said if I want to get I cold drink I should order cold one, when I did.
