I’ve been ordering from this location for three years, and this is the first time I’ve been truly disappointed. First, one item was missing from my drink. Then, after getting into my car, I realized they had missed another item as well. On top of that, the drink didn’t even look right. I usually spend over $35 on each order, so this experience was really frustrating.

Slowest Starbucks in Ontario, there was only 1 person in line and they still took 10 mins to take my order. They also have no idea what is on their menu and agitated when i was making my order. They need training on how to perform faster

We placed a mobile order online for a ham and cheese croissant, chocolate croissant, a hot caramel macchiato, and a cold mocha. We went through drive thru to get our order after it was placed. We were told at the speaker that we would have to drive thru and come back around again to get the order. Obviously we were confused at this as, what’s the difference if you receive an online order at the time the person is at the window or verbally receive the order over the speaker? We responded that we were okay to just wait. No answer over the speaker. We get to the window and she tells us again to drive thru a second time. Absolutely no difference. We then had to drive thru and wait for 8 other cars to order through the speaker, and everyone get their order before ours. Horrible service. Will def go to a diff location next time.

This Starbucks is great. The staff is always friendly and willing to help if needed. A few times I've accidentally ordered my mobile order to a different location while on lunch break, and they've happily made the order for me so I don't have to waste money on a second one. Drinks are always as ordered, and the snacks are always fresh.
