The food was alright but I just don’t get why would you talk to a customer in your native tongue just assuming they’re from where you come from? I didn’t call out this girl just because I didn’t want to make a scene but it’s pretty unprofessional to casually talk to a customer in your native language.

Absolutely disappointed, I ordered Herb & Cheese bread and was given Multigrain instead—and to make matters worse, it wasn’t even grilled as requested. Completely ruined my dinner. If attention to detail is this poor, I won’t be ordering again. Very frustrating experience

By mistake we placed an order with them and they didn't pick up the call as we want to cancel that and on online app there is no option to cancel this order so we come to get this after 3 hours because were in waterloo and when we come they just give us the 3 hours old subway and we asked them to make a new one but they didn't even listen to our request

Today I ordered subway at this location and wanted to call them for making it little late but they didn’t respond to my call and were rude. When I reached the location I asked them to change it or make it new they didn’t even hear my request and gave me sub which was cold and soggy.

We accidentally placed order at wrong location, tried calling again and again left voicemail too, which were left unanswered When we visited first they denied about having any order later and then gave the cold ones without any courtesy to heat them

Always a positive experience! All the employees are very polite and everything always tastes great 😋 The dinning room is neat and tidy and since it's in the strip plaza, there's lots of parking

I made a mistake eating at this disgusting restaurant. I ordered a foot long little Sicily sub and a few hours later ended up in the hospital for food poisoning. The staff there are incompetent and are a danger to public health safety.

Enjoyed my food and Navpreet made our sub’s. She is very helpful and guided us. Navpreet is really patient with us and others behind us as well. Although it was very busy since we got in but she managed it very well. Excellent service 👌🏻👌🏻😊
If i could give this place a 0, I would definitely do that. I ordered two of the “Subway Series” as they come, and they arrived with only meat on them. ONLY MEAT! Not only was the order insanely wrong, the worker I spoke with was rude, cutting me off, and later hung up on me. Leaving me spending 45 dollars on meat and bread, and treated like garbage. Normally i’d have great service here, but I am NEVER going back.

I went in to get two subs , the older Indian guy came out from the back got me my bread ready then started coughing and bits of food came out his mouth over my bread he continued making them I paid left decided I could not eat these when back in told him about what I seen and wanted new ones he told me I give your money back and don't came back here , I was like OK vary bad subway to deal with food looks old , and you even have a hard time even to try to use the bathroom as I seen another customer having difficulty with ....
