I clearly yelled not to put something on my sub and she put it on anyway, same with the girl ahead of me in line. They need to learn to listen to the customer. I asked for no crispy onions on one of the subs and both of my subs are now full with crispy onions. I HATE CRISPY ONIONS

Terrible experience at this Subway branch. First of all, they charged me for ketchup—yes, ketchup! I’ve been to countless Subway locations and have never been charged for basic condiments. What kind of policy is that?
Secondly, my brother ordered a sub and specifically did NOT ask for pickles, yet they added them anyway. He’s allergic to pickles, which could’ve ended very badly if we hadn’t noticed in time. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially when food allergies are involved.
On top of all that, the customer service was awful. The staff were rude and dismissive when we raised the issue, acting like it was our fault. No apology, no accountability.
Avoid this location if you care about quality service—or your health. Subway really needs to look into how this branch is being run.
I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this Subway store. I had placed an online order through the Subway app, and the menu clearly showed that the Veggie Pattie option was available. However, when I reached the store to pick up my order, the staff informed me that the Veggie Pattie was not available at all. This was very frustrating, as I had specifically chosen that option.
On top of that, the preparation of my order was extremely late. Even though I had placed it in advance, I still had to wait much longer than expected. The whole process felt disorganized, and the staff didn’t seem prepared to handle the order properly.
If the app shows an item as available, it should actually be in stock at the location. And if an order is placed ahead of time, customers should not be made to wait unnecessarily. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and I hope Subway improves both their app accuracy and their service speed.

So got double meat and did not get the double cheese. So why sub was toasting the girl cashed me out. Than went back and finished sub. After I left it dawned on me she did not change her gloves after handling money full of germs than touching food again that is diagusting.
We ordered veggie patties , but unfortunately it was too cold which affected the taste of the sub, really disappointed.We pay for freshness and hot food but it was’nt.

I went to subway today bought a sub. Opened it. Immediately took it back inside because there was mold on my bread. She asked would you like another. I said no im never eating at SUBWAY ever again

I visited this Subway recently and had a great experience. The staff (Gurveer Kaur) was friendly and quick to take my order. I went with the classic Chicken Teriyaki on Italian Herb & Cheese bread — everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The vegetables were crisp, and the portion was very satisfying.

Went in for 4 subs only got three and said there's one more sub and she ignored what we were saying and carried on completing the 3/4 of the order so I didn't get a sub but at least the 2 kids and my wife got thier subs so because oly there people come in to the store they only make subs for 3 people wow what's wrong with this picture
I used skip to pick up my order and both times 1/2 my order was missing
Very worst customer service, by the girl working today.
We placed the order online from subway app for pick up, we mentioned all three grilled subways, we called her for the modification then also she didn't tell that the griller was not working, when I went to pick the order still I wasn't informed. And then when we try to call her, she would argue about keeping calling. And say that it's busy so I forgot to tell. I said that we ordered because of grill, it's your duty to inform the customer about the same. She is like that bring the food to me in the evening and she will grill it.
Like really!!? Are you guys serious to have such staff on site..she wanted me to keep the food until evening while I ordered in the afternoon. Also how come the griller will work in the evening when it' wasn't working. Even I work in a restaurant, I very well know how the things work. Then she wouldn't even pick the call. Is this how you guys address the issues of the customer!! She isn't even sorry for her mistake but just kept on arguing. You've to give the entire order back or refund if there's a mistake. She hanged up the call on me while I asked this. Being busy isn't the excuse to be given on a mistake and atleast ignorance isn't the solution. The staff needs to be trained for the customer service. I see many rude reviews about the staff, still the same behavior. Shame on such service.
Have used this location multiple times for catering event/club lunches for 50 or more. Each time perfect!! On time, exactly as ordered & even remember to include spoons for the condiments. Great experience
Pathetic customer service. Gurveer and Harpreet were serving their rude and mannerless behaviour. Customer don’t spend money to feel insulted.
