Staff here needs proper training. We had really bad experience before for this subway location but we thought to give it a try yesterday once again thinking that staff change might provide good service. But the staff is even worse. Employee named Ruchika was really rude and told us that you and your sandwich is disgusting. She provided the excuse as she was busy. Rather than apologizing she kept on arguing and didn’t provide food as we have at every other locations. She started comparing our orders with how we do at other locations and all that. She messed up our sandwich and didn’t cut footlong into 2 pieces. When asked, she didn’t want to do that and started commenting on the sandwich. Really bad service and we didn’t eat anything from that location at the cost of our self respect. I hope the owner pays some attention to the business or they gonna loose customers drastically with these staff.

Ordered 2 footlongs for pickup through subway appliancation. Got one as per the order, but another one was NOT as per what I ordered. I chose Italian herb and cheese bread in both in one footlong I got that but another one had different bread. Also, I mentioned to add MORE crispy onions, but I didn’t get a single piece in my sub.I usually order from here am satisfied with their service(that’s why 2 stars!!)but this time I am not happy with their service!!!! I would give 0 star for today’s service!

The sandwich artist that served me was very generous! I had ordered the chicken teriyaki. Wow! She piled on the chicken!!! I asked about the new habenero jack cheese and she said it's not spicy, quite mild! Not according to my taste!! Usually I have to ask for a second or third shot of sauce and mayo. Not with this artist! I had the messiest sandwich ever, sauce and mayo dripping everywhere with every bite!! A good thing I grabbed a handful of extra napkins!
