Very disappointing experience. We went to this Subway and there was only one lady working. We wanted to order teriyaki chicken subs, but there didn’t seem to be enough chicken in the basket. Surprisingly, she managed to make three footlongs and there was still chicken left. When we politely asked for a bit more quantity, she responded with a very rude attitude, as if she was giving food from her own home or paying out of her own pocket.
On top of that, the subs weren’t even packed properly and were handed to us in a plastic bag instead of a paper bag, which felt careless and unprofessional.
Poor customer service, bad attitude, and sloppy packing. Definitely not the Subway experience we expect. Not going back again.

Subway is good but they are over price charging $16 for 1 teriyaki chicken footlong it suppose to be $12 or $13 please go on other subway not recommended this subway because of over pricing

This was the best subway I’ve ever had in my life. The lady behind the counter (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) was sooo nice! My fiancé and I wanted extra sauce on our subs and we got it with no questions asked (unlike the subway in the value village location) I will only be going to this location from now on!!!

Last night, my friends and I visited Subway, hoping for a good experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be THE WORST. We were using Subway coupons, and the lady working over there informed us that we could choose up to three sauces, with an additional charge for any extra. We completely understood and were politely asking questions for clarification.
However, instead of assisting us professionally, the lady suddenly started shouting at us and told us that if we didn’t want to pay extra, we should leave. Her rude behavior completely ruined our night. This was my second bad experience at this location, and I had hoped to give it another chance—but clearly, nothing has changed.
I sincerely wish the owner would be more mindful of how customers are being treated, as no one should have to deal with such unprofessionalism. I will not be visiting this location again and would not recommend it to others. Customer service should be about respect, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here.
