Ordered online and when I got home I discovered that my sub had half the chicken that it would normally have and my request for extra cucumbers and sweet onion and teriyaki sauce was ignored. Won’t be returning to this location again!

The lady working there is the worst customer service provider, extremely rude and ilmannered. No basic civic sense. She made me feel like I was asking stuff for free. Subway was also not upto the mark. Never returning to this place and not recommending anyone else to go there.

What a gross place. Dirty. Employee doesn’t wash hands. Drops food in different containers and picks out bare handed. Had to leave as they made it because there was no way I was eating from such a dirty place.

Placed an order with Uber Eats. (Store was not closing for another HOUR) placed my order and it immediately got cancelled by whatever person was working. And then basically got robbed of $30 because of the order cancellation. Can’t find any way to get a refund for myself. I’ve called the location dozens of times and I keep getting sent to voicemail. Whatever you do, do not place an online order with this specific subway. Thanks so much for stealing my money from me.

I ordered on the app & realized after ordering that the requested time for pick-up was too early as we weren't available to arrive for another 2 hours. Attempted to contact the store multiple times to only receive the answering service every time. So I left a message about our mistake & requested time. My partner went to pick up our order & discovered the subs had been sitting out for over 2 hours. As you may know, leaving mayo out at room temperature for more than two hours causes food poisoning, especially if it's a warm day (Friday, May 30th 2025, 24C). We requested new subs for health & safety concerns only to be made to pay. IF this Subway location would have listened to the answering messages at a reasonable time, or answered their phone when we called, our subs would have not spoiled. We were told that we had to speak with the manager on Monday about this issue as staff did not have the ability to process refunds or had contact information to the manager. Yes, I realize the error was our fault for not realizing the pick-up time until after we had placed the app order but we had attempted to contact them immediately to notify our error & intended time. It is on management to have a direct phone line to allow customers to call & make corrections. Also, requesting for new subs to be made is NOT an unreasonable request due to food health & safety concerns. I have witnessed other fast food chains (Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King, etc.) take the time to make a fresh meal if the meal was not received more than 20 minutes & with no extra charge to the customer. At this time, at this location, we are greatly disappointed. We hope things change for the better.

Wasn’t able to order on the app to for pickup. Then when going to use the coupon in store it wouldn’t work either and the worker wasn’t being very helpful just saying try again and it’s not working. Ended up having to pay full price for the sub because the app would not work. Reached out to management as well and they didn’t do much other than a sorry. On top of all this they were sold out of half the subs. Don’t go to this location much easier to just go to another or a firehouse for a good experience.
