Store says on door and online that it would be open until 11. We arrived at 857 on March 5th in time for the shop to close up and lights off as we parked for food. Posted hours need to change to reflect reality.

Ordered two soups (one large, one regular) and ordered subs for takeout. Get into the car and discover the two soups are only filled halfway. We go back in and are met with a rude response. "That's all the soup I have left"...and refused to do anything about it. DON'T SERVE AND FULLY CHARGE FOR SOUP IF YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH TO SELL!! VERY rude employee, severely disappointed as a long time customer at this location.PS; And when did you stop offering packages of crackers with soup?

September 21, 8pm.$47.39The girl who served us lacked basic skills and general manners! First time ever I felt so uncomfortable while placing a food order at the store. This girl made me feel as if I was asking something for free!I am a regular patron of Subway. Visited this particular outlet on Sep 21, 8pm with my kids. We were 5 of us the order was for 5 ppl. This girl is in the wrong job. No basic manners, no courtesy!I asked for a footlong for my twins and the very instant she said "you will have to pay separately for 2 6inches". Nothing wrong in saying this, but the tone. wow! Hey girl, if you are reading this - please know that this is not how you talk to your customers!For the owner - please hire ppl carefully and train them properly.Honestly, I think this girl is not an employee but the owner herself. But whatever be the case, I am never returning to this store. There are other Subways around and I think they are more worthy of getting business.

The worst sub I ever had in my life. I visited at around 4:30 on June 16th the girl was answering so rudely. I am allergen to meat so i asked to change gloves and she replied that this is canada. This is not a valid answer for that and the sub she made was not having even a proper amount of sauces and when asked for more she replied that this is the last time that she is giving two little amount of sauces on side.
