Today on June 23, 2025, we ordered one foot long veggie, one 6 inch foot long and one foot long nachos. Ms. Harkiran served us the best subs. She greeted us and helped us choose sauces. We are delighted with her service. One of the best subs we had here. Thanks Harkiran

I frequent this Subway and usually have a pleasant and quick mobile order experience.

I had a pretty rough time picking my order up today that echoes the other reviews that note the combative attitude of the staff working.

They also charge more for a combo deal at this location than any of the other locations in KW.

The Indian lady broke the bread into half. I said this way i won’t be able to eat this. She replied this doesn’t matter. Is this proper customer satisfaction served??? 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ She didn’t even say i would change or anything. Zero customer service !!!

I had a disappointing experience and won’t be returning. I ordered a sub online and noticed there was a lack of veggies. It feels like they’re cutting corners to save costs, which ultimately affects the quality of the food.

If you don't accept coupons, just say so. Don't tell Item X won't work with coupon. Me and My buddy wanted to use the Build Your Own 2 Ftl coupon with veggie patty Sub but the rep told us that it won't work with that. So we got veggie delight instead.
Once I got back home, I was shocked to see that the coupon code does work with the veggie patty on the app and even more shocked when I found that I kinda paid more on veggie delight when using coupon rather than buying without it. I am pretty sure that coupons are meant to be beneficial deals and not otherwise.

I have experienced amazing food and service from staff like vicky and dharmgill. Their way of preparing the sub is good and even they are friendly with everyone. They try their best to prepare food according to the customer’s requirements. Would definitely recommend other’s to try this place.

All employees are very good and the cleaning, hygiene all the things make me comfortable whenever I visit this subway location. All employees wash their hands two times before making sub and they very polite and friendly.

My children and I frequent this location for the past 2-3 years and have really enjoyed the customer service and food that we receive when the manager is working.

However, recently he has switched to the day shift, and a new employees is working in the evenings. This employee is not trained properly and does not have the skills or knowledge required to do a proper job.

I often have to ask him to wash his hands or change his gloves before making our food. Worse yet, I have never once seen him use soap to wash his hands. Regardless of what task he is doing before making food, he just rinses his hands with water and then put gloves on. We have seen him do this after cleaning washrooms, moping floors, etc.

We would love to discuss this and many other issues we have witnessed recently with the Manager. If not, we will unfortunately have start eating at the University/Bridge location.

Extremely disappointed with my recent Subway online ordering experience. I placed an order at 10 PM, but upon arrival, the store was closed. Many other customers faced the same issue. Subway's website allowed orders for a closed location, wasting customers' time and money.

The customer support is abysmal. Their website is poorly designed and difficult to navigate. I received one email response but still haven't gotten a refund. This level of service is unacceptable for a major restaurant chain.

Subway needs to urgently address these issues:
1. Fix the online ordering system to prevent orders for closed stores
2. Improve the website's user interface and functionality
3. Provide prompt and effective customer support
4. Process refunds quickly for unfulfilled orders

I demand a full refund for my order and expect Subway to take immediate action to prevent such incidents in the future. Until these problems are resolved, I cannot recommend using Subway's online ordering system
