Today me and my friend had a worst experience ever in this subway location. The employee (mid age south asian women) treated us very badly. If we try to customize our order she started yelling at us and told us she will make how she wanted not according to us. She didn’t gave us toasted bread every after saying it. I hope her supervisor take proper action and make sure this kind of behaviour will not repeat in future.

Absolutely AWFUL! What the heck has happened.
8:30pm… order a chicken teriyaki sub. Which will nearly cost $20. She pulls out this plastic container to put the chicken in before it goes on my sub for “portion” sizes. She doesn’t even fill up my sub with enough meat that I could see through the glass … The whole bucket where the chicken is sitting is FULL. What were you going to do with the rest of the chicken so late at night? Oh right, you won’t put it on my sub and will probably save it until the next day.
I called them out and they argued and I got fed up before I made a scene. I said keep the sub and I’m not paying for it, they continued to yap in their own language about me as I was walking out. Just truly despicable. The “manager” along with her employee should be fired. You have no right to serve food that doesn’t put up to standards or treat your customers the way you did. Subway is ruined. NEVER VISIT THESE PEOPLE. The absolute worst. Negative 50 million stars.

I am truly impressed with Subway today. The customer service is fantastic, and the employee named Harsh Patel work great and attention to detail while serving. as soon as I arrive, I'm greeted warmly and my order is taken right away. The employee keep balancing cleanliness and service perfectly without ever making me wait.
When he prepare my sub, he done so quick with precision. Each ingredient is placed perfectly. Even he packed a sub very nicely.The sandwich look as good as it tastes. He did a great job.It's exactly what I expect.

I am beyond fed up with Subway. The customer service is awful, and the staff show zero urgency when it comes to serving customers. Every visit feels like a waste of time — I’m left standing there while employees wipe down counters or fix up bread trays instead of taking my order. And when they finally bother to make my sub, it’s done with no care at all. Ingredients and toppings are just thrown onto the bread like they couldn’t care less. To make it worse, the bread is almost always stale, which completely ruins the whole sandwich. For a place that brags about “fresh” food, there is nothing fresh about sloppy service, stale bread, and careless preparation. Honestly, it’s a joke, and I’m done spending my money here.

Today i have order Footlong veggie patty sandwich and it was very tasty. All the breads and veggies look very fresh and people who are serving were very polite and humble.highly recommended to visit this place its better than other locations.
Tasted amazing like always! The service from one of the employees (Khushi) was amazing, was greeted with a smile the moment I entered! I’m a frequent here and never have any issues.

We have ordered subs for a business lunch many times and service is getting worse every visit this was the last time. Can’t order smaller platers for 4 people so you must order combo's on line, when we picked up, they refused to exchange fountain pop for bottled, put extra toppings in cookie bags?? what a mess, never again.

Harsh Patel made the best sub I ever had....
The service is very bad, the worker is very annoying, you want to do what he says and not what the customer asks, and he puts on the subway what he wants, not what the customer is asking for, this place is a shame, if you ever think of coming here, don't come.
