Terrible service in that staff would not find a way to put thru a coupon that would not scan. Like Krishna above we paid full price which was 7.99 for a 6 inch sub instead of the 1.99 on coupon. I asked if a manager was there or if she could ovveride the price or something and she said no and could care less. I was reasonable with her and even said they would lose repeat business if that's how they treat customers. Bye bye Subway or at least this location.

I order same order in 2 different location with same bread and toppings , they charge me double the amount that other location charged me. When i asked about why its double the price then other location. Sever replied each store charge differnt amount for same order

The staff are wonderful and provide good amounts of toppings. As it is a fast food place I can’t give 5 stars, but 4 stars is the highest I can give any fast food restaurant, so a well deserved 4 stars!

Subway is the worst! Got a coupon and tried redeeming in the store. The associate confirmed that the coupon is valid and redeemable and once we ordered and went for the payment the coupon wouldn't scan! We chose Subway because we had a coupon and now we had to pay full price and eat something we wouldn't have chosen otherwise. The associate didn't even help and made us pay the regular price spoiling my entire mood!

I had a fantastic experience at Subway today, and it was all thanks to the amazing service I received. The girl behind the counter was incredibly friendly and welcoming.Her name is Rutvi🫶🏻 I was unsure about which sauces to choose, but she was so patient and helpful, offering great suggestions that I wouldn't have thought to try. She made sure my sub was just right, and I have to say, after trying the new sauces, I absolutely loved it! Her helpfulness and positive attitude really made the whole experience stand out.I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Never go here during peak time. They only have one employee working when it's too busy. I waited for about 25 mins just to place an order because the employee was busy making subs for people in line and then the pickup orders.

I had ordered online it showed ready for pick up but it wasn’t and the person who was preparing order told me it will take time. If you can’t prepare order on time don’t update ready for pick up. I don’t understand what is the use of ordering online if you can’t prepare it on time

I like their veggie -Delite and veggie patty alot it has been a year I only prefer sub from this location. I only have one tip that they should use more sauce at is it dry to eat sometimes.overall the people who work there are really nice and welcoming.

Horrible pricing compared to other subways. Subway on Strasburg charges 20% less for almost every item there is. Highly suggest you avoid this specific location.
Only one worker on during lunch rush. A second person was behind the counter just standing there with gloves on, didn't even try to help the poor lone worker. Waited for probably around 10 minutes before even being served.

Such a delicious sub with very warm and welcoming customer service by the lady. If not mistaken, her name is Rutvi, and she is not just very polite and welcoming, but the way my sub was prepared was really excellent. All the instructions are followed properly and efficiently, and the sub was grilled before and after as I wanted and asked.
Definitely recommend this Subway location despite having low ratings, and if it's your luck day, you will have her as your server to get the finest prepared subways.

Subpar subs and service. Lettuce is brown, tomatoes are so overripe they’re mushy. The employees act like you’re bothering them and will carry on conversing in whatever language they speak. Just rude. Awful store.

I recently went to this location to have a sub for myself. The store was clean and well organised. NAINA made an amazing sub and recommend some of the best combinations of sauces.
