Worst Experience Ever!
I ordered Subway online for delivery, and it was a complete disaster. There was absolutely no resolution from the store — no delivery, no refund, and no follow-up. The management system is extremely poor. I was asked to call them myself for updates, which is unacceptable.
The management takes no responsibility to follow up with customers. No refund, no compensation, not even a gift card or replacement meal was offered. To make things worse, the staff and management didn’t even seem to understand how the Subway app works — they kept insisting it’s only for pickup, even though I placed a delivery order through the app and saw a driver was assigned.
Overall, If you order through the app, be prepared to get no help or response from management. I strongly recommend avoiding this location completely.

Worst service, they charge extra for regular charged sub. And then lie about the price which is still less at other subways. Especially sikha & naina. After overcharging and knowing that the purposefully over charged and we made the payment they were giggling in the corner.

I am having subway for years from different cities, but its always same price as on app, but this subway location is may comes as a special prices ( A footlong sub I ordered, prices I pay everywhere is 12.99 plus tax, today i paid 20 plus tax!!!), tbh I don’t know subway main franchise knows about this or not, so just want to recommend that if your prices are different do inform them before taking order, bcoz as much as i know subway works on same price everywhere.

I had the worst experience today. We come here often but never had any issues but recently 2 new employees were there and they are charging extra even after showing them actual price online and in different store. When I asked why are you charging me more she had no clue as she answered “I am not sure but this is the price for in-store”which is senseless i believe!
I always have a great experience whenever Mehak is working at Subway! She is very polite, attentive, and makes the sandwiches with so much care. Her customer service is excellent — she greets everyone with a smile and makes sure you get exactly what you want. Thank you, Mehak, for making the visit enjoyable every time!

Its closing time on Tuesday was 11pm and we were outside at 10 45pm there was a lady inside who was cleaning, we also knocked the door but she ignored. This is a bad thing that you guys close early just bcs you want to go early.

Terrible service in that staff would not find a way to put thru a coupon that would not scan. Like Krishna above we paid full price which was 7.99 for a 6 inch sub instead of the 1.99 on coupon. I asked if a manager was there or if she could ovveride the price or something and she said no and could care less. I was reasonable with her and even said they would lose repeat business if that's how they treat customers. Bye bye Subway or at least this location.
I order same order in 2 different location with same bread and toppings , they charge me double the amount that other location charged me. When i asked about why its double the price then other location. Sever replied each store charge differnt amount for same order
The staff are wonderful and provide good amounts of toppings. As it is a fast food place I can’t give 5 stars, but 4 stars is the highest I can give any fast food restaurant, so a well deserved 4 stars!
Subway is the worst! Got a coupon and tried redeeming in the store. The associate confirmed that the coupon is valid and redeemable and once we ordered and went for the payment the coupon wouldn't scan! We chose Subway because we had a coupon and now we had to pay full price and eat something we wouldn't have chosen otherwise. The associate didn't even help and made us pay the regular price spoiling my entire mood!
