I had a wonderful experience at Subway thanks to Rajvi. She was extremely friendly, patient, and attentive while preparing my order. She listened carefully to what I wanted, made helpful suggestions, and put everything together with care. It’s rare to see such genuine customer service, and she really made my visit enjoyable. Rajvi’s positive attitude and professionalism are a great reflection of Subway—I’ll definitely be coming back

I showed up with 20 minutes left (22:40) until this location closed. I was told a delivery came in and subway was closed and I couldn't order food... the sign is still saying open currently at 22:55.
Its honestly frustrating having this problem. I get it, someone walks in 22:59 and orders 6 subs.. even I would say no to that.. but 20 minutes.. give me a break.
As I type this, Im watching a other customer get denied service before closing..

The worst subway ever....zero on taste, zero on service.
I placed online order and asked for 4 different sauces that to little extra they just put 1-2 sauce and only 1 strips , the rule it self is 3 passes of each sauce they don't follow.
Also, I asked for grilled sub which they decline just because it's not working but they were using lately for other customer.
No quality breads felt 2-3 days old and hard to eat.

I used to go here about once a week until today when they wouldn’t let my three-year-old who was about to pee themselves use the washroom and the owner decided to abrasively argue with me saying that I was forcing them to let me use the washroom because Dairy Queen would not let us. We ended up leaving and going to Tim Hortons. Wild behavior.

Went to the store for the first time and the experience was not so good. The girl working over there was not friendly. She havent greeted at all. Plus, the subs were not tasty, vegies were very less. Overall the experience was not good enough as compared to other subway stores. The girl seemed to judge me and my friends, we felt really uncomfortable. Will never come back to this store.
I'd just like to start by saying that I will not be a repeat customer to this poorly managed subway. I bought a tuna sub with double meat and recieved skimpy little scoops that didn't even fill the spoon. The employee was so cheap on the toppings, four little pieces of spinach, the same with onions and pickles, that's all I got on it and still couldn't receive a little more. I go to other subways two to three days a week but this one was horrible. The manager who didn't make my sub, or I would have walked out without the sub, kept sneezing on her shirt. This may be the standard in India but it's not in Canada. The sub was sub par and for a twenty dollar sub I should be full. This subway also charges more than other subways. Take a hint from your 3.3 star reviews.

I don’t know why I keep giving this location business. It’s nearby and convenient, but this is the last time I’ll be purchasing from this location.
Every time I order from here I get smaller subs than ANY other nearby location. Pay by the app for double cheese? Only single cheese. Ask for extra vegetables? Get 3 slices of cucumber on a footlong.
I’ve given too many chances at this point, and this was my final one. Go to any other subway in the area.

Worst subway in town. Never had a subway cheap out on the toppings like this one. Literally go to any other subway and get better value for your money where they will give you a fair amount of veggies. This location will rip you off.
