Came to this location after the other one I was at claimed they didn’t have lettuce but just didn’t want to work before closing. It ended up being right before closing since I came from the other location. She still had all the ingredients in the counter and ready to make an order, she said hello and was pleasant and didn’t give attitude as my experience with the other location. The only thing was the toppings weren’t nicely spread out but hey at least she made it.

This has to be the largest subway I’ve ever been in. Very clean. Very nice decor. Very nice man names Himanshu serving and greeting customers as they come in with a smile.Definitely recommend coming here!

Shivani is absolutely wonderful! Very kind and very helpful. Was having a pretty bad day, and she helped make it a bit brighter. I will absolutely coming back, hopefully it'll be when Shivani is working! However, from what I've heard from other people I know who work at Subway, the tips don't go to the person making my sandwich. They either go to management or the grater company, this is not stated ANYWHERE when you pay. If the tips do not go the the worker, that should be explicitly stated on the machine when we pay. The 5 stars are for Shivani, not for Subway nor their shady business practices.

Ordered chicken teriyaki sandwiches from the subway app to this store but got almost two buns of bread instead. Called back the store just to get yelled at.Diwanshi, not sure if these are instructions from store owner but this is not how you run a sandwich store. I would love to see the preparation video, and can also show you the pictures/videos of what we got.

This location is wonderful! I always leave with a smile on my face. Excellent customer service, very friendly staff, fresh baked bread and always stocked fresh veggies! Overall it’s a fantastic experience!!!! The reason for four stars is the staff constantly deny customers to use the bathroom.

Went to get a sub over the weekend. The staff were in the process of removing and adding new expiry stickers to old product. Stickers are meant to say when product should be changed, it's a health and safety violation to change the Stickers without changing the product. Lettuce and Spinach were also wilted and browning. Never going back to this location.

The last 2 times I’ve been here there has only been 1 person working the counter at the busy dinner time hours. Multiple people waiting over 30 mins for online orders. I feel very bad for the single person working who does not have support. I will be choosing a different location from now on to help the single employees out and to get my order more quickly.
