Ordered a 2 for 1 12” sandwiches on their app and when I got there to pick it up the person who was serving ordered only handed me one. I asked to why and she couldn’t respond other that that’s what I got and that’s what you’ll get. I’m so tire of this people who think that your money isn’t worth anything. I pay for a special deal and they gave me what they felt like. Where has good service gone? Where are the franchise auditing people at? Who continues to just hand out franchises to people that only care about their personal gains and not the customers? Enough is enough. Restaurants like this one should be closed down and replaced by another restaurant what really looks after their customers.

The downtown kitchener location is by far the best in the city. You will never ever catch them on a bad day, they are quick and make a great sub. The store and washrooms are always sparkling clean , Great
