This subway has to be the worst of them all.
Horrible service, rude. Soggy food and cold and it was toasted and grilled.
My sub tasted sour.

I had a great experience at this Subway! The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and my order was made exactly how I wanted. The ingredients were fresh, the bread was soft and warm, and everything tasted delicious. The team worked quickly even during a busy time, and they made sure my sandwich was perfect. I really appreciate the great service and quality food — definitely a 5-star experience! I’ll be coming back again soon.

I had a bad experience at Subway on Saturday. The staff were very rude especially the girl with glasses. The food was not good and the bread was hard. After eating I got dry and itchy skin, now I am having trouble eating.
I used to like Subways but this visit was very disappointing. I hope the manager fixes the staff attitude and food quality.

I had a terrible experience at this Subway. I went in at 10 PM, one hour before closing and the employee with glasses working the Saturday closing shift was very rude and dismissive, as if customers weren’t welcome an hour before closing. It was clear that she just wanted to finish her closing tasks instead of serving customers properly. Moreover, we ordered two 6-inch subs but the sizes were completely different as one was much smaller than it should be. The bread was hard, already cut and looked old. I know this because I’ve worked at Subway before and our breads were always fresh and cut in front of customers. In addition, I had called earlier to confirm that dine-in was open until 11 PM but after we ordered, they said it was closed. It was clear they had mopped and arranged the chairs early and didn’t want to reopen. Only after insisting, they let us sit. Overall, it was very unprofessional and disappointing.

The staff there looks at me weird like im te reason there having a bad day, and it's always this one guy with a mustache as if he wants to be Italian. One time I asked for mayo on my sub but he gave me ranch dressing. He noticed his mistake and I was looking right at him and he did NOT want to make eye contact. Was it yummy? Yes.
And then they ask for a tip when u pay for your food. Like, what? It was a 50/50 effort. I literally told u how to make the sandwich.
But anyway, the food is yummy.

Just got a foot long sub and the bread was stale. Very disappointing. I think they are using bread from previous day.
I had a very disappointing experience at Subway. I placed an order using a coupon from the app, but they charged me before preparing my order On top of that, they completely messed up my order. When I tried to correct it, they told me it was not possible to change it. I even asked them to cancel the order, but they refused again and said cancellation wasn't possible either.
In the end, I was charged for food I didn’t receive or want, and they did not issue any refund. This is unacceptable customer service. I expected better from a brand like Subway. I won't recommend it.

The food isn't great anymore. The menu's changed since COVID, and the portions are smaller. Plus, they charge extra for anything extra.
