Worst experience ever .firstly we ordered 3 foot long subs online. We still waited 10 more mins because it wasnt ready due to rush they told(but there was no rush) . Nevermind . But then while preparing u guys kept running out of supplies (ON FRIDAY EVENING 6 p.m )- no bread , no sriracha sauce , no olives , no habenaro cheese , what is the use if half of the ingredients is missing out of my sub but u took full money ?????.Super cold sub even though we told to grill n toast . Moreover the employees were busy giggling and talking that they even forgot to put some items on the sub. No complimentry or apologies from their side . Really unsatisfied .Never coming here again ! Not recommended

Worst service. We didn't get the sub we ordered online , she forgot to put some ingredients whereas they kept running out of half of the stuff . Not satisfied at all. No work ethics among staff . They were busy with personal giggles. Didn't had herb n cheese bread , habenaro cheese, sauce and couple vegetables.

A recent visit to Subway at Pioneers Plaza was more memorable for the service than the sandwich. Subway, known for its quick eats and customizable subs, usually hits the mark, but this outlet fell short due to the morning staff's approach to customer interaction.Ordering a "Chicken Rancher," I expected the smooth efficiency Subway prides itself on. Instead, I was met with a baffling request for toppings and sauces, despite this sub having a set recipe. When I pointed out the sandwich's predefined nature, hoping to ease the process, the staff member's response was less than gracious. Her(middle aged lady) demeanor, marked by apparent annoyance, strayed far from professional—a surprising deviation from the norm.This wasn't a one-off. A previous encounter with the same staff member had already dimmed my view of this location. Such repetitive issues signal a deeper need for improved training in both menu knowledge and customer service etiquette.These experiences have led me to reconsider my patronage of this Subway outlet. Good service is as crucial as good food in the dining experience, and unfortunately, this location currently lacks in the former. It's disheartening, as these concerns could be readily addressed with proper attention to staff training and management.Until there are signs of change, my search for quick and friendly service will take me elsewhere.

After a long time yesterday I went to this subway and ordered 3 footlongs. Despite the busy rush, the girl(mariya)efficiently made delicious sandwiches in just five minutes. She was not only incredibly fast, but she also ensured each sandwich was made exactly to my specifications. Her speed and attention to detail made my experience at Subway truly exceptional. Highly recommended!!!!!

Hello,I have recently ordered at subway and i am ordering for the first time from the app and I got very worst experience. I have ordered foot long sub and I forget to apply the promotion code and then i have call at store and they said they cannot modify or cancle my order. But i know they can cancle my order. I have told then to cancle my order i will reorder with the promo code but they denied my request. And i have to pay full amount even i can get 2 sub in 1 sub price. What should i do now?? I am very disappointed by this

Not impressed what so ever. We ordered a delivery and on one sandwich we asked for no tomato and got tomato and my mother is highly allergic to tomatoes. I tried calling the store more than once and they wouldn't answer it. My mother is bedridden and cannot get out of bed what so ever due to a medical condition and I am sick so listening to public health and staying home. This is totally not cool nor fair. Not impressed with this subway at all.

I placed an online order today and I get home only to notice that my sub was missing pickles, yet I specified extra pickles when I placed the order. 2 out of the 3 subs I ordered were supposed to have extra pickles and there was none at all. I tried calling the store twice but no one picked up the phone. Disappointed Customer.....

Order #: EE668643-E6I was denied to get my subs grilled because I had "1line" of 5 sauces each and the server(piyush) told me they have to clean the grill if they grill my subs because the sauce may come out. Then why even put the option of grill? Before 2-3 times for same kind of order I was never denied and always got it grilled without any sauces coming out. Just because they have to clean the grill after my order I was denied. Management please look into this.
