Had an amazing experience at the Subway at Kitchener downtown today. Bhavya did an excellent job making my sandwich just the way I wanted. He was quick, polite, and professional. The store was clean and well-organized. Definitely coming back for the great service!

Very disappointed. I already mentioned everything thing in comments but still worst subway ever. Employees are so rude. When I called at store after delivery, they talk so rude. When I told them that I wanted extra sauce, he mentioned we don’t follow comments and replied me that you want to “drink sauce”. If you don’t want to satisfy customers, please shut your Subway. We didn’t asked to pour the sauce, it was mentioned just extra sauce. If you don’t follow comments section then please mention it on your page so that we don’t waste our time writing in comments. Please do not order from this subway every, it’s wasting your money. Heights is, when we call at store they don’t pick up and when they pick up they talk rude and disconnects the call.

CHECK THE PRICE BEFORE PAYING!!!!. I advise everyone to stay away from this location. They charged me for the incorrect sandwich and refused to refund me the difference between the sandwich I ordered and the sandwich they charged me for. Both the employee and the manager refused to charge me for the correct sandwich after I had already paid for a different one. make sure to check your receipts.

I placed an order online and was disappointed with the experience, as it did not meet my specifications.
1. Order Accuracy: I specifically requested no onions, and asked for extra tomatoes and cucumbers, but my sandwich included onions and lacked the additional tomatoes and cucumbers. This suggests that the customizations I selected online were not followed.
2. Toasting Issue: I selected toasted bread in my online order. However, the sandwich I received was not toasted. When I mentioned this to the staff member, I was told I should have notified them earlier, despite this detail already being included in my online order.
I hope these issues can be addressed to improve accuracy and clarity in the future. Thank you for reviewing my feedback.

I have been to this store 2-3 times now, and every time I was unhappy with their service. Each time I got a veggie Subway, I felt like I was just eating bread with hardly any vegetables. I literally received only 4 green pepper slices. You’re not giving out veggies from your home fridge; we are paying customers. Please try to provide a proper meal for the money we spend.

Worst subway location. Bread was hard and rubbery and only 3 small pieces of turkey. Cannot express how hard the bread was once toasted. The entire bun was hard and rubbery and could not be eaten

Had a bad experience. They put very little in my footlong sandwich and the staff was rude. The employee looked annoyed when I used a discount. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Avoid it for better service elsewhere.

My experience could have been much better. Their disability door opener did not work upon entering nor leaving. When having my sandwich made, I noticed they placed it upon a toasting tray along side another customers, I immediately mentioned I did not request my sandwich to be toasted, after which they set my back down on the table. Toasting without requesting was never a Subway thing. At the register, I mentioned It’ll be take out. After paying, the cashier pushed my unbagged sandwich towards me saying have a good day. I slid it back towards him and mentioned again it’s to go, and request a bag. The food was delicious and the establishment seemed clean, but we clearly need some recoaching here and a repair to the disabled entry/exit buttons.

Was greeted when I came in, probably the only decent part of my experience. Staff seemed impatient. I gave them a coupon for a free combo and the man behind the register did not seem happy. Gave me my food and drink, but I had to ask for the cookies and he again, seemed unhappy to do that for me. My cup overflowed and was sticky (my fault, not theirs) but when I asked if I could grab another cup, so I could put mine inside and not get my hands sticky, I got a very harsh "No" and was handed paper towel and told to clean the 'mess' I made.They were stingy with toppings and even used only half a sticker to seal my sub, it's clear that their priority is not customers.

I haven't been to Subway in over a decade. I'm tired of dealing with young people who hate they're jobs. I popped into this place as I was walking by. Wowsers, so friendly and fast. I was out in under 2 minutes. Keep up the good work. You'll see me again. ☺️
