After asking what appeared to be an owner or manager at the till for my receipt, I now know why he wanted to throw it away on me. Charged for 3 plastic bags. Peanuts, but seems shady. Padding bills with extra bag fees is extremely shady. I doubt I'll be back. If the customers are nickel and dimed, I can't imagine what employees have to deal with.
Ps, the lady that made my sub was extremely polite and lovely to talk to, and the ingredients/sub was good. I'd recommend if there were no other options. A grocery store will yield much more for the price, but considering the convenience - you'd hope not to get essentially scammed 10 cents at the till. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Terrible experience, was ganna order food, and needed to use the washroom, there is 3 staff members standing there staring at me when I walk in. Watch me walk over to the washroom , door is locked. I came back and asked one of them if I could use the washroom, tells me some homeless guy came and locked the door and we don't know how to open it.

Terrible service, never will be back.

Absolutely horrible experience at this Subway, judging by the reviews it shows that management does not care about the quality of service they are providing their paying customers. I came here June 21 @2:30pm and their was an employee of the name “Aman” (I don’t know if she told me the truth”. This employee was absolutely unprofessional and rude. She begun to first rush me during my order (mind you i’m ordering for my family as well) and kept rolling her eyes when I would tell her what I wanted. I then asked for the refill cups and she proceeded to say “we don’t do refills at this location I will charge you if you fill your cup” which is absolutely ridiculous because I go to a subway near my house and not only are the employees kind, the store allows refills. Since when does Subway not give out refills?

I then decided to ask for 3 bottles soft drinks and she put them in as pepsi. When my family and I went to choose our drinks, we chose drinks different from the pepsi she originally put in. She proceed to YELL and say “you can’t take that I put it in as pepsi” mind you all these drinks are the same price. She was very hostile, unpleasant and rude. I will not be coming back, and neither should you if you want decent customer service. Disgusting experience, do not recommend!

We just visited the place and the service was pathetic the food was ordered online and the quantity of chicken and mozzarella cheese was so less even after paying extra for that, and also they were charging for soft drink refills in the store.. The environment and store was in good condition but the food and staff needs some training hygiene as well.

Overall it was ok. Service was good. My only thing was I received rotten soup… and the toppings didnt look appealing. I would check up on all your food.

First of all, their washroom key is lost or with the owner, 🤪🤪🤪 then the guy who is serving DID NOT HAVE GLOVES AT ALL and was touching food with hands. I waited there for 7 minutes and then he says; oh by way it takes time to take your order as I have got plenty of orders. I told him you should have let me know at the beginning. He was so rude and mumbled something, and yeah that’s it. Won’t go there ever.
