I ordered from the Subway app today but didn’t receive my order. I called Subway, and they told me to contact DoorDash. I reached out to DoorDash, and they said I need to get a refund from Subway since they don’t have the payment info. I called the store back, and the staff was yelling at me(it was a lady that always works there she’s always got a mean face and side eyeing people the owner should do something about her). I asked for the manager, but she lied and said the manager wasn’t there. I still haven't received my refund.

There is lack of staff at night, a girl alone is working to do all orders. She got angry as I ordered 8 subs at a time. It’s obvious that she can’t manage but she had to be kind. One more thing owner should be responsible for lack of staff. He or she should be responsible.

I wanted to order online on app but I could not select toppings because of some issues in the app so I just came to the store to order 2 subs online and choose toppings there in person. It is today at 7:20pm. There was a lady working, I do not know her name. I asked if I could select the toppings there as app has issues. She straight away said no we cannot do that subway does not allow it, I mentioned but the app has issues itself and it does not allow to choose toppings on the app. She did not like it, but said okay I'll do it only this time. I thanked her, then she just started adding toppings rapidly and at the end, just cut the sub in half and packed it in like 2 3 seconds. It didn't even occur to be She packed it. I asked please grill it and she said you did not ask. I said you did not even ask and rapidly just cut it and wrapped it. It was rude. She said we do not ask people if they want to grill or not if it is sub. It was a bad experience. I like food from this store but this is not the way they should handle a genuine request. I hope she gets to learn from the owner. Thanks.

I went in for 6 in turkey. I don’t like it toasted never get it toasted. I said no. She made me pay first. So as I was waiting for machin she put my sub in toaster. She took it out and didn’t offer me a new one. She said it was still cold. So I told my topping. When I got home which is 2 min away it was really warm. I hate my sandwich meat warm. It was worker mistake not mine but I suffered. They still got my money. Will never go back

Ontario’s Disgusting Subway the ladies is really not good she was not atlas grilled my sub properly she just put tha sub and before 10 seconds she remove it and at that time no one was there like store was not busy still she did like this behaviour with me and please never ever visit this subway in your life.

I ordered subway here today. The lady working night shift around 9 o clock, made the order and one of the subs dropped off on the floor, out of wrap. The lady asked me if I want the same sub or the new one. I told her to make new as it dropped without wrap on the floor.She was loud “YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THAT”, gave unnecessary and rude expressions. Staff should understand the meaning of hygiene.Secondly, I suggest the MANAGER to check your cameras so you come to know about, how your people are behaving with customers. Will never order from you again.

Very nice food ! Best sub i ever ate ! Harleen is always helpful and cheerful! She takes order very quickly ! I usually eat here as i am a amazon delivery guy and i prefer to eat sub here for my lunch mostly ! Highly recommend ! Cheers ?
