This restaurant is a nightmare. They really need to change the management staff. They are absolutely rude and zero customer service skills. Why would they even bother to keep such people running their restaurant. Trust me you got a bunch of respectful and kind people with high experience in customer service out there. I was in this restaurant on 15th jan at 8.50pm. I placed an order for a sub. The store closed at 9pm wherein they took sweet 10 mins to make a sub. I asked them to grill my sub because I do not like my sub to be raw. The manager said that they cannot do it because the sauces were oozing out and their griller is very old to handle a sub with extra sauces. I asked them if they could make me a new sub instead but the manager denied saying that they close at 9 pm with a very rude tone of voice. They could not make me a new sandwich because they ruined my previous one and they HAD TO GO HOME. I mean seriously who does that to a customer! They should understand that their salary comes up from our purchases. Secondly, the music in the restaurant was so loud with the punjabi music running that we could barely hear anything. When I asked the manager for HER name, she said that she would not tell me her name. Aren't workers supposed to wear a name tag at work? The owners should know how their employees have been ruining the reputation of their store. Make your staff more humble!

Surprised to see that employees were not changing gloves even after making 10 sandwiches. Asked to add smashed Avocardo, she added just one but charged me for two. I usually visit different subways but this was the worst I have visited.

Don’t care about food and customers.
I added many veggies and Sauces in online order. They added only few veggies not all them and 2-3 Sauces and don’t add cheese slide as well.

Last week, I visited Kitchener and ordered a footlong chicken teriyaki sub. It was really good. The girl who served me was very nice and provided excellent service without rushing.

Very poor service my sandwich was not grilled properly i asked them to grill the girl there “GURPREET” was rude and straight away said no and kept ignoring me

Horrible service didn’t change gloves after she handled money and then gave me my side of bbq with a faulty cup and when I asked for a new one she gave me a cup and told me to pour it in. Sauce looked like she gave me one dime of it

Using the mobile application, I had ordered Takeaway of two veggie delite subs, but instead they packed two poorly made veggie patty sub as can be seen in the pictures and video. I had specifically mentioned in the description that both sandwiches have different veggies, but still they made this mistake. When I called them after seeing this, they rudely told me that they gave me “extra” instead of owning their mistake. This is the worst customer service from any store I have ever seen in recent years. I asked her name to report the incident, she refused and disconnected.This store needs to train their employees well.

Hi,So I ordered 2 foot longs. I ordered from app. Firstly, I love subway and only thing that suffice my hunger is subway.However when I ordered at this location I felt disappointed with the hospitality.I asked the one who was attending me to please put extra sauce . Firstly she said no you can’t do any changes now. Then she looked at the receipt and said yes it has extra sauce.I know I have ordered extra sauce but I just wanted to make sure. I really don’t mind if I have all the veggies or not but I like subway sauces >>>.Secondly she just kept the order and started preparing another order. Din’t even bother to say it is done.I really did not like the way I was attended. No greets, no smile .I am fine with food but not the way a guest would have been attended.Hope you make next experience better.
