I wish I could give negative 5 stars. This is honestly the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a footlong and a 6-inch veggie patty, and the lady had added tons of banana pepper & Jalapenos which was beyond sour. I placed an order through app and I have mentioned about more sauces but there were just few drops. It was basically a bread and veggies. Such a worst and awful experience. Fire the current staff & hire new one - this place is a mess

I’m a regular customer at the Subway in Fairview Mall, and I’ve always appreciated that the brand promotes a “build your own sandwich” experience. However, my recent visit was disappointing. The female employee (name badge: SPK) argued with me just because I asked for a little extra sauce — something that should be part of the customization Subway is known for.
Instead of politely communicating or accommodating the request, she made faces and refused, saying it would be “difficult to wrap.” This isn’t the kind of customer service expected from such a reputable brand. I hope management provides proper training to staff on how to wrap sandwiches while accommodating customer preferences, and to handle such interactions with politeness and professionalism.
This repeated behaviour doesnt make me feel like visiting this branch anymore

My daughter went to go get a cup for water at the subway just to state. The lady was being very rude, rolled her eyes at me and said you could just fill it with whatever so my daughter filled it with. Some soda and when she did that I came over and the lady said you can’t fill it with soda And my daughter said, but you said I could feel whatever and she said no I did not say that Daughter had to jump and then the lady asked for away the cup overall, I’m very displeased of how she acted and I’m very upset and offended. Why would she treat someone like that especially a kid My daughter is nine years old
I had my food from there.. the girl who served me was NJKA she has poor customer service skills.. the way she was treating was really very rude… she was behaving like i was taking free food from there.. when i am paying for my stuff then why she cant behave nicely to us..

Worst location in the city massive language barrier here can't make a sandwich properly dont Listen to customers i told the employee 3 times what sauce i wanted and she still put the wrong sauce on no training here at all

Worst experience,,,your staff don’t have any manners how to talk with customers. I was confused between 6inch and footlong but the girl who was taking order just talking so rude and shouted on me like this this and all. At least have some patience towards your customers if someone don’t know about anything you can explain it in polite manner instead of going panic.

The worst experience that I have ever faced by your staff by giving bad services to bad food taste. You staff doesn’t have any humbleness to the customers. if you really would like to see the best staff welcoming then you should need to make some improvements for staff learning. I do not normally give the feedback but this time I seriously got very bad with the worst service.

Your staff doesn't have any manners. if customer asked for anything or any service, it should be fulfilled by the staff. Learn some professionalism. Worst subway service I have tried in a while.

I ordered one foot-long and one 6-inch veggie patty sandwich from their app, and I added “more” for all the sauces I wanted, and when I had it, there were literallyyy zero sauce, like it didnt even have regular amount of sauce, It was just plain vegetables and bread. So disappointed with the food quality.
This is the second time I come here and the cucumbers have gone completely bad and instead of them throwing them out and adding new cucumbers, they put them on your sub anyway… I had to pick them out when I got home (pictured)
I ordered a footlong Veggie Patty through the Subway app with onions, green peppers, olives, extra crispy onions, and five sauces. I clearly mentioned I wanted it grilled and toasted. They completely ruined my order. They didn’t add the veggies properly, the sandwich wasn’t grilled or toasted, and nothing was fresh. The food was awful. I don’t recommend this store at all.
One of the worst subway outlets. I don’t think I have got the correct order even once from this outlet. The order is often late by 20-30 mins and the staff is rude and have a don’t care attitude
Worst customer service, they already have lot of 1 star reviews now I know why. Staff will make you feel like they are doing favor on you, Subway application offers never works in their store. Change your people or loose the business.
