I have been visiting subway since a long time and this is the worst ever experience I have been through the service this employees give is not at all acceptable I just asked the employee whether she could customise a 3 cheese sandwich for me she clearly said no I said other subways do it for me which they actually do and then she said no we don’t and the way she said was worst i would never want anyone to talk to me like than when they are offering me service with exchange of money she didn’t even take a moment to ask me whether I need any help other than that I will never visit this store again

I went to the counter to order n the girl said just a moment I said ok ..no problem….n she took out a tin of grated cheese n began topping the bread 🥖 loaves on the tray ..smiling at me as she’s doing this … after she finished topping grated cheese onto 6 long loaves she began another tray ..another girl came over n began topping the loaves w cheese n told the girl to look after my order .. the girl then said can I help u ? I said ..plz take ur time n finish topping the other loaves I’ve waited already so plz continue …she said no it’s ok the other girl is doing it … I began my order n got to the cheese part n I asked for grated cheese plz she said we don’t Hve any! I said umm what were u just putting ontop of those loaves ?? She said grated cheese but it’s only for the subs ontop before baking .. I said hmm I came two days ago n ordered n recvd grated cheese on my sandwich she said well NO we don’t Hve any only for the topping of the loaves …I said ok ..I’ll have the white cheese plz …. Still not understanding why there’s a ton of grated cheese in a tin n I’ve ordered it this way before (2days ago) lol n yet being told NO it’s only for the topping of the cheese n herb loaves … I had asked for tomatoes .. lettuce the grated cheese tad of salt n pepper n sub sauce …she gves me the lettuce ..the white cheese ..(as cldnt Hve grated) salt pepper n sub sauce n I said..n tomatoes plz…n she’s adding the salt n pepper n I said again n tomatoes plz… she then stopped n looked at me like I hadn’t asked for them until now n then added tomatoes n closed sandwich (so tomatoes didn’t Hve salt or pepper on them as she’d already put that on bread before she added the tomatoes n sub sauce ugh!! Very disappointing! I probably won’t be going bk to this location it’s definately changed n not for the better!

I just went there to have my food but the girls over there were very rude there customer service was way below what a customer service should be they were busy in their own politics and work didnt care about people who were waiting for their food.

I am a regular at this subway. It is much better than other subways I have frequented. They are good at loading up the sub and not being cheap with toppings. My only complaint is they tend to speak their language to each other infront of customers. It makes you uncomfortable because you dont know what they are saying. They should speak English until the customers are gone. Other than that, great!

I wish I could give negative 5 stars. This is honestly the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a footlong and a 6-inch veggie patty, and the lady had added tons of banana pepper & Jalapenos which was beyond sour. I placed an order through app and I have mentioned about more sauces but there were just few drops. It was basically a bread and veggies. Such a worst and awful experience. Fire the current staff & hire new one - this place is a mess

I’m a regular customer at the Subway in Fairview Mall, and I’ve always appreciated that the brand promotes a “build your own sandwich” experience. However, my recent visit was disappointing. The female employee (name badge: SPK) argued with me just because I asked for a little extra sauce — something that should be part of the customization Subway is known for.

Instead of politely communicating or accommodating the request, she made faces and refused, saying it would be “difficult to wrap.” This isn’t the kind of customer service expected from such a reputable brand. I hope management provides proper training to staff on how to wrap sandwiches while accommodating customer preferences, and to handle such interactions with politeness and professionalism.
This repeated behaviour doesnt make me feel like visiting this branch anymore

My daughter went to go get a cup for water at the subway just to state. The lady was being very rude, rolled her eyes at me and said you could just fill it with whatever so my daughter filled it with. Some soda and when she did that I came over and the lady said you can’t fill it with soda And my daughter said, but you said I could feel whatever and she said no I did not say that Daughter had to jump and then the lady asked for away the cup overall, I’m very displeased of how she acted and I’m very upset and offended. Why would she treat someone like that especially a kid My daughter is nine years old

I had my food from there.. the girl who served me was NJKA she has poor customer service skills.. the way she was treating was really very rude… she was behaving like i was taking free food from there.. when i am paying for my stuff then why she cant behave nicely to us..

Worst experience,,,your staff don’t have any manners how to talk with customers. I was confused between 6inch and footlong but the girl who was taking order just talking so rude and shouted on me like this this and all. At least have some patience towards your customers if someone don’t know about anything you can explain it in polite manner instead of going panic.

The worst experience that I have ever faced by your staff by giving bad services to bad food taste. You staff doesn’t have any humbleness to the customers. if you really would like to see the best staff welcoming then you should need to make some improvements for staff learning. I do not normally give the feedback but this time I seriously got very bad with the worst service.

I ordered one foot-long and one 6-inch veggie patty sandwich from their app, and I added “more” for all the sauces I wanted, and when I had it, there were literallyyy zero sauce, like it didnt even have regular amount of sauce, It was just plain vegetables and bread. So disappointed with the food quality.
