Definitely the best Sunset Grill I've been to! Eggs were done perfectly for everyone at the table, bacon was perfect. The Cinnabun panackaes were delicious!! Our server (Hector) was pleasant,.coffee refills without asking! The lady at the front (black hair and black glasses) was really friendly. We went around 1130am, easy to get a good table, wasnt too busy. Highly recommend this location

Went in for all day breakfast and had the classic breakfast, everything was excellent. Bacon was crispy and eggs just the way I ordered. Hector was our server and provided exceptional customer service. Definitely will be my breakfast spot. Best in Kitchener-Waterloo!!

Very average breakfast food. Downside is that they don't serve cappuccinos or lattes. I ordered corned beef hash and absolutely hated it, it was more oil rather than taste. Good customer service, but I wouldn't come here for breakfast again.

The restaurant was very. I was happy and pleasantly surprised about all of the menu items; specifically healthy menu items. Knowing that most of their food was organic made me feel good about what I was eating. I'm on a special diet, and I was able to choose from many options.

Unfortunately my partner became violently ill after eating brunch there one afternoon. I contacted the restaurant twice to speak with the managers, waited 4 days to hear back, before finally reaching the owners.
They said that they weren't willing to issue a refund because no one else got sick. I asked if they could investigate how many people ordered the exact dish that my partner ordered that day, and they said they'd get back to me. I still haven't heard back.
Based on how they handled this matter, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant and I won't be going back. It's unfortunate.
