Bought fresh salmon to grill later that day and Solomon Gundy herring.

Both were absolutely amazing! I’m not sure I’ll ever make better grilled salmon and the herring was a pleasant and sweet change from the standard pickled herring/rollmops.

I highly recommend them! They have an amazing selection of fresh and frozen seafood and lots of Newfoundland/Eastern Canadian treats.

An awesome fish market. Great selection of fish, reasonable prices, and really friendly and helpful and friendly staff. Their smoked salmon is incredible. Great variety of fish and lots of choices that are very fresh. In my opinion, the best place by far for fish in the KW region.

I went to get sushi grade sashimi yesterday for the first time after a long research to find a fish that i can eat as sashimi safely because its very difficult to get sushi grade sashimi in Ontario. The staff was very friendly and helpful. He helped with the prep for sashimi like taking the skin off. Also the price is very reasonable and it was cheaper than local stores that are not even sushi grade. I was very satisfied with flavor and quality of salmon and im happy to try tuna next time. Im not putting the picture since i was so excited to finish sushi

A fixture in Kitchener - the only place in town we will go to get fish. Always fresh and reasonably priced with friendly service.

Bought 1 lb of Atlantic salmon for sashimi. It was super good! Fatty and fresh.
I love sashimi but was struggling with finding fish for sashimi in Waterloo. So I’m happy to find here.

It may be difficult because of demand issue here, but I’ll be much happier than ever if I can get salmon roe (ikura) to eat raw

Amazing!!! WOW. This is a family-run business that knocks it out of the park. Twice I’ve been here and received such warm greetings and excellent customer service. Both times, an employee educated me on proper industry practices and basically how to select fish when I was unsure of what I wanted. Not to mention, the quality of the fish is absolutely incredible!! It never disappoints. As a business owner myself, seeing people take pride in serving their customers is a beautiful thing. Of all the oysters I've ever eaten, I think Prince Edward's is the best.
New York oysters aren't that good... It's so hard to forget them that I don't think I'll be able to eat them twice.

I thought it would be too expensive because it's a specialty store, but the prices are normal. The quality is outstanding, particularly salmon for sushi and the smoked salmon. Friendly customer service.

I buys sushi grade salmon all the time and it’s always fresh regardless of the time of the visit. The staff are also very friendly as well and professional. Definitely recommend this place to buy your own salmon sashimi if you think places like poke ball restaurants give you way too small portion of salmons.
