I live across the street and go all the way across town to avoid this location. Havent eaten here in atleast 6 mo the and I still KNOW they is location sucks. Makes the whole franchise look bad. It's bee years ! Avoid this location if you can.

If you are looking for consistency, the Ottawa River location is consistently bad every time. They were out of the desert I wanted, tells me after I already paid and offer a substitute, not a big deal. Had to wait almost 5 minutes for my son's big crunch,was told after already paying, in the drive through. A little perturbed. I ordered fries surpeme with no meat, which was repeated back to me twice. Get home, fries are covered in beef. I don't eat beef, that's why I specifically asked for no beef. This location has screwed up so many orders. I'm done with second,third, twentieth chances. I'm done.

Needs to be shut down. Ice machine has been broken for 8 months. Now the drive thru speaker is broken have to drive up to window to place order. Longer wait time now. Store owner is either too cheap or just doesn’t care. He sits in the store most of the time too and watches his staff. Very uncomfortable if eating
