“I have the most wonderful experience with this particular location. Yoojeong is possibly the most wonderful person I have ever met. She is so kind and so pleasant. She is very dedicated to her profession and makes some of the best sushi I have ever had! They are made with exceptional quality. The sushi counter is always stocked with a wide variety of items. But most importantly, she will make me my vegetarian wraps when they are sold out from the case. She is so accommodating to her customers and cares deeply about their satisfaction. Full disclosure, I struggle with ARFID (Avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder) as a characteristic of my my autism. I tend to only be able to eat the same things every day. It can be quite distressing when food items are discontinued and I have to pivot quickly. When the menu was transitioning with the season and the mango wraps were no longer available, she offered to make them for me without my even asking. I was also able to try the avocado wraps and they are just as delicious! She likely has no idea what that meant to me or why. That her patience and kind gestures made my days so much less stressful. I appreciate her so much, I never want to be a bother to anyone so I rarely ask for accommodations. That she offered to make the old ones, and helped me to feel comfortable trying the new ones by explaining the similarities in the ingredients, made me feel so valued both as a customer and a person.
