Went to this location after a long time. Pretty sure the management is changed. Franchise culture is not working well for them.Well Samosas were literally dripping oil. Overpriced samosas with small size and full of oil. I put the samosas on top of 3 paper tissues and they were all full of oil.
Wouldn't suggest

Got the large Nihari. $21.97 for 1 order. Ridiculous! Their prices have gone up too much. Not going there again.

Parking: Quite a few restaurants in that plaza. Plenty of parking.

I recently bought two samosas from this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had with Indian food. The samosas were small, overpriced, and lacked the authentic flavour one would expect. It felt like a total waste of money.

If you’re looking for real, flavorful, and affordable samosas, I highly recommend Onkar Foods and Spices (an Indian Supermarket in Canada located in Waterloo and Kitchener) instead. Their samosas are far superior in taste, quality, and value for money with just 1.29 dollars per Samosa. Avoid this place if you’re craving genuine Indian snacks.

I’m a big fan of this place but not today. I ordered the butter chicken which was ridiculously runny. It didn’t taste anything like the butter chicken I’ve gotten before. Not sure what the issue is today but certainly not good. ☹️

We ordered naans for our dinner party, unfortunately, the naans were so hard that none of the kids could bite into them. Adults had a very hard time breaking them and eating. It was a horrible experience for my guests and us. After paying over $3 each naan, worst service and product ever. Will not buy again and do not recommend.

We just got the food, whole barbecue chicken with biryani rice and naan. The food was really bad and wasn’t fresh. The chicken was hard, crusty and refried. The naan was extremely dry and the rice was too and it was crunchy, like it was all from the bottom of the pan. The Raita was stinky and disgusting and I had to throw it up because it tasted like someone’s puke. I would never recommend this and I am not going back either.

Small takeout place with good food. I have tried different menu items from here and they were all tasty. Love their samosas too!

Out of the few time I've been unlucky enough to be served by the actual owner, never had I had a worse experience, he's not only incredibly arrogant as some reviewers put it, this guy is a spoiled brat, served stale naan, overpriced stale kabob, and doesn't have a social skill to save his life, loved this place for years but I think as others said, this place is done and for good reason.

Ordered 20 samosas for my guests. They were fried fresh but had rotten smelling filling. It was an embarrassing situation in front of the guests. Had to throw them. Tried calling them to inform them but never answered.

This business will be gone in no time. Owner is arrogant likely due to knowing his restaurant will be out of business soon. Far better Indian cuisine around the area. Avoid.

In response to the managers response: No, the food was actually disgusting. Barely hot and no flavour. But since you brought it up, you should suggest training your staff to follow proper health and safety procedures. My husband and I attended the restaurant with our dog and although my husband was willing to wait outside, the one staff invited my husband and our dog inside after he followed us in the store after his break. We know the laws surrounding food and animals which is why my husband offered to stay out side. Then who ever came out from the back and told him to “get out” with the dog, and of course he listened.

This review had nothing to do with my dog, it has everything to do with the barley edible quality of your food.
