They have the best donair wraps however I was not able to get mine. I ordered three Halifax donair wraps and a large Greek salad with beef gyro for Father’s Day. I preordered the day before expecting it to possibly be busy. My delivery driver arrived and waited for ten mins as per the app and then boom it said that the RESTAURANT cancelled my order. This was very disappointing and I will ensure to not order from them again . No explanation and they didn’t even bother to call me to tell me what the issue is. What a waste of time and money. Yes I received a refund but some sort of follow up, heads up, option to substitute should have been provided since I preordered a day before. This is ample enough time for a fast food place to notify me of any issues. Be careful ordering here.

The platters are a good deal everything you need for a full meal

I highly recommend the Hungryman Platter, with the spicy chicken.

I am surprised at the low rating of this place. I have ordered from here many times, and have always enjoyed the food. The salad ingredients are always fresh, the chicken is tasty, and they are happy to customize the salad any way you like. They are always attentive and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Imo, this is the best food option in the hospital.

I didn’t get the tabbouleh with my dinners. I was really looking forward to it. The dressing lacked lemon but was ok. I accidentally ordered the falafel and they were awful.

Cold rice, slobbered cold sauce over it,. Souvlaki they cut up into little pieces without telling me,and somehow amount shrank.

Love poutines but everytime I ask for a poutine there they never seem to have any gravy. I can see the gravy pot and it looks as if they don’t even make gravy anymore. I go at all different hours and it’s always the same. Very disappointing.

Food is good and price is reasonable, but PLEASE learn to wrap a wrap. Half of it will end up in your lap.

The rice is cold, very old and hard like stone. I think it has been cooked for several days and they do not change it because the shop has no customers! And I don't blame them and the chicken tastes terrible! I can't believe how the hospital allowed them to sell such bad food even though the standards and conditions are supposed to be strict because it is a health facility!?

Horrible experience. Do NOT order from here on delivery apps. Waited over an hour to receive my order and they cancelled it despite being open. If it was an issue for them to begin with, they should have cancelled it from the start rather than an HOUR into waiting. Never taking the risk again.
