I was so happy to find out the Kitchener Market has a bubble tea place now. I got a mango banana smoothie with tapioca and cheese foam. The tapioca was soft and warm and my smoothie was real fruit. So affordable too. The drink I got would’ve been double the price in Toronto for sure. Next time I’ll have to try an actual tea drink as well.

I was impressed by the quality of the ingredients used in their drinks. The tea was brewed to perfection, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I especially loved the chewy and addictive boba pearls, which added a fun texture to my drink. In addition, with the boba, they weren’t stingy and added a ton which I appreciated. What I appreciated most about this shop was the attention to detail and the excellent customer service. The staff took the time to explain the different options and make recommendations based on my preferences. They even offered to adjust the sweetness level of my drink to suit my taste. Overall, I highly recommend this bubble tea shop to anyone looking for a delicious and refreshing drink. The quality of the drinks and the outstanding customer service make this shop stand out from the rest. I moved to kitchener two years ago and have not been able to find a bubble tea I love until today! The bobas were cooked perfectly and the tea they use is amazing and good quality.Looking forward to trying other teas they have! Customer service was top notch and quick service and a fair price!
