Rude service and the food was dirty and smelled bad. Please just shut down.

Great service and young guy at the counter was very helpful and gave great customer service!

I usually order yellow curry. This time I asked for yellow curry with noodles, paid extra for the noodles but they made it with too much rice. Like some others have said there was a hair in my food, a black one. Paid about $20 to eat a few veggie slices and a few slices of chicken on top of the rice I was incorrectly given. Had to ask for a lime when they used to have lime and peanuts for their bar. I was thirsty right away and had to ask twice for a cup of water. Not sure if they don’t feel like serving certain people or what but it just feels like I’ve been treated rudely.

I used to love these guys but the last like 3 times I've asked for very spicy and they've given me the most plain food I could ever have. I don't know if they are mistaking my pigment for a just salt and pepper palate but if I say "very spicy" and very loudly so they for sure do it, they should do it. I sure hope they improve as I really enjoyed it before.

The food got worse as I ate it, and for sure it had NO SPICE yet I asked for VERY SPICY.

Not even one star bad customer service talking not nicely to customer’s prices very expensive 22$ for small soup overcharging for food never will buy from this restaurant

I used to frequent this location, but after a bad experience with who I’m assuming is the owner I will not be returning. Extremely rude.

Ordered 2 vegan fried rice and they accidentally put egg in it. I told them nicely and he grabbed the food from my hand and threw it on the counter. He insisted loudly with an attitude that I didn’t say vegan but I said it 3 times. I asked for a refund but they said no and when they re made it they made it in 30 seconds. The food tasted bad like gasoline, the customer service was horrible! Never buying from there again.

I asked for Basil fried rice with eggs only.. they put so many big pieces of veggies and its not even cooked properly.. ive been coming here from last 5-6 years but im done now...
never coming back....

I visited with my family and i oredered chicken fried rice takeout, that fried rice tastes funny, the two ladies in the cooking area, dont speak english at all and i asked her for a hot sause and she didn't give it and i asked for soysauce and she gave one. Then i asked her again, and she threw the soysauce on the counter top and i asked for 2 plates to share with my kids and she completely ignored first then she gave me 2. So i am a thai express regular customer and i had a bad experience with this location.These staffs definitely need to speak English or bring somebody that speaks English
