I don't usually leave negative reviews but what I experienced today was atrocious customer service, i waited a long time without anyone saying anything to me, when I asked the cook, the gentleman was rude and angry and
yelled at me, not how you treat a customer. I used to come here all the time but never coming back, this is NOT how you treat a regular customer, absolute garbage customer service.

Servers were far too quiet and awkward; if it was one person, then it’s safe to assume they’re new and are getting used to fronting. The issue was that everyone acted as if they were new hires. The food is also incredibly overpriced. This much for hardly a meal is ridiculous, lacklustre and honestly a scam. I do not like to be harsh but the quality is genuinely so low even for mall food standards. Despite the confusion from most employees, they are very nice.

this should be a crime, ordered spicy basil chicken fried rice, there’s no basil and they mistaken my order as mild, this crap costs 17.16 btw

Whenever I come here the food is always amazing! I ordered the beef Thai soup today and it was fresh, warm and soothed my cough since I’ve been super sick. And the last time I ordered I usually get the chicken fried rice which is also amazing! But whenever I’m needing something warm I’m coming for that soup, it’s delicious! Thanks guys:)

Great service and young guy at the counter was very helpful and gave great customer service!

I usually order yellow curry. This time I asked for yellow curry with noodles, paid extra for the noodles but they made it with too much rice. Like some others have said there was a hair in my food, a black one. Paid about $20 to eat a few veggie slices and a few slices of chicken on top of the rice I was incorrectly given. Had to ask for a lime when they used to have lime and peanuts for their bar. I was thirsty right away and had to ask twice for a cup of water. Not sure if they don’t feel like serving certain people or what but it just feels like I’ve been treated rudely.

I used to love these guys but the last like 3 times I've asked for very spicy and they've given me the most plain food I could ever have. I don't know if they are mistaking my pigment for a just salt and pepper palate but if I say "very spicy" and very loudly so they for sure do it, they should do it. I sure hope they improve as I really enjoyed it before.

The food got worse as I ate it, and for sure it had NO SPICE yet I asked for VERY SPICY.

Food was awful , freshly cooked but horrid taste. Not recommended at all. On telling staff they just dismissed the complaint.
