If there was an option for 6 stars I’d pick it! The variety of beers is excellent! But the food is exceptional! Best wings I’ve had in K-W! Best part of their cooking is that they will not cook with seed oils. They only cook with beef tallow, lard, or olive oil. This place is next level!

Unfortunately, we wouldn’t know how good anything was, as the bar was closed when we arrived, despite showing as open online. This was particularly disappointing as we had come from out of town on my birthday and had gotten a hotel across the street so we could celebrate. I guess it’s our fault for assuming that it would be open when it was supposed to be. We hear good things about this place, but unfortunately I guess we’ll never know for ourselves.

Impressive tap list, beyond delicious food (bonus - no seed oils! many items fried in beef tallow!), very fun dessert menu with unique ice creams. I'll be back for sure!
If you're looking for a german based bar with great draft beer, great food, and good company.... this is it. Im currently in town on business and frequent this establishment at least once a week!

Music is wonderful and down low enough that you can hear it but it doesn't take over the room. Pleasant and welcomed surprise. The server brings their book of beers and you get a complete description of each. It takes a while to decide! Food is excellent. Fries done in beef tallow. If you have never tasted the difference you don't know what you are missing.
