Placed an order through Uber Eats at 1:30 on Good Friday for fish and chips. Delivery time selected was between 6:00 and 6:30. Order was accepted and we had guests over confirmed we had dinner. At 5:45 this location cancelled our order. I placed the order 4-5 hours on advance and you accepted it only to cancel 15 minutes before delivery window leaving us with a household of guests and no food. Completely unacceptable.Your Uber Eats was available earlier this afternoon around 1:30 and our order was cancelled at 5:40, 20 minutes before delivery window. If we could come into the restaurant we wouldn't have ordered through the app. We assumed it would be busy given Good Friday, which is why we ordered at 1:30 for a 6:00 delivery.

My bf and i came from the states (first time in Canada), and we stayed at the local Marriott nearby. We were looking for food and stumbled across this place. We walked in at 10PM not knowing what time they closed (they close at 10pm) and the owner was happy to welcome us and take our order. He put on two patties on a freshly clean grill and served us like any other customer. Then he took out veggies that he already packed away and made our burger. I havent even taken a bite yet, but already giving a 5/5 review, because the customer service is incomparable. Plus the food looks delicious!! Go support this local restaurant!!!

Filthy washroom, no toilet paper and almost no hand soap. Bad smell throughout the restaurant. Long wait time. Only one employee in the store (she seemed to be doing the best she could). Cesar pita came with iceberg lettuce instead of romaine and stale croutons. I will not be coming back which is a shame because I was a fan in the past.

Once a month I have an appointment in that area of town, I really look forward to going to grill burger for my chicken shawarma wrap. Definitely try it with the garlic or spicy mayo. The service is always great and the wrap is huge!

This place is just not up to par - far below actually when being compared to similar establishments. A chicken Caesar salad was all I ordered. Grilled chicken was not standard (crispy fried chicken is at a place called The Grill). The Caesar salad was nothing other than brown edged lettuce with stale croutons and Caesar dressing. No bacon, no lemon, no parm, and not tossed. They advertise shawarma and yet the spit rotisserie inside is empty. They did have some I was told so I'm guessing it was not fresh.I should have just cancelled the order because I ended up with undercooked (pink and rubbery) chicken and old lettuce. Threw away the whole salad - what a waste of everyone's time and my money as it did take 15 minutes to make.I'm glad I noticed before I took more than 1 bite but still feel unwell.Side note - I mentioned that some of the veggies offered in the case (olives, hot peppers etc.) were frozen in the juices and I was ignored - this is a sign of poor/improper storage. I mentioned that the lettuce looked like it was old and was ignored.On my way out there was a sign asking for a google review and I can't find a website with a direct contact form. I'm willing to provide pics should the owner wish to reach out.

Food is so good but the wait is SO long. It’s usually at least a 20 minute wait but usually more. Definitely wouldn’t recommend if you’re in a rush but if you have the time I would 100% recommend checking it out as the burgers are delicious and the staff is good. If you’re eating in it’s a bit odd and I don’t love the atomosphere
