Stopped because of a random trip to Waterloo during a winter storm. Great place. If you’re looking for smoked meats, this is the place. LARGE portions especially the PLATTERS. My buddy got the brisket sandwich and you’ll see from the pics how much meat there is. I get the Montreal smoked meat poutine, with Montreal curds. Both of us left very very satisfied. We will definitely go back for one of the platters. Conveniently located close to the highway, and a relatively large parking lot. Also a massive place inside. With lots of seating as I’m assuming most customers are groups enjoying and sharing platters and food. For the smoked meats lover, this is the place !!

We went in as 3 large men with a big appetite, we left stuffed full and had enough food to all bring home a healthy amount. We got the 5 meat platter. Absolutely the best money you can spend in my opinion. 5 meats, 4 large sides. Under $100!

We got the 4 meat platter to share between 2 people. We got the brisket, pulled pork and double ribs. I left full, satisfied and with leftovers in case of the midnight snack cravings. I was very satisfied with the meal and will definitely be returning

Can't say anything bad about the Brisket. Fantastic, but the jambalaya but pretty blah! Very bland. Wasn't a fan at all.

Had a celebration at The Lancaster Smokehouse in Kitchener, and our entire party was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was super casual, and the service was very friendly and efficient. Really enjoyed the brisket and ribs — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Overall, a fun spot and definitely worth a return visit.Saluti

This place doesn't need another 5 star review. It's amazing!! We don't get there often but when we do it is always ridiculously delicious. Pretty much everything on the menu is insanely good but if you're lucky enough to get there when they have their crispy chicken tacos with Pico de gallo and a creamy dill sauce...O. M. G. We will drive for an hour, no problem, to eat those. From the chicken to the brisket to all the sides and apps, its all good. Check out the menu but beware, your mouth will water and your stomach will grumble with desire lol. Great place for ANY occasion.

Laid back southern vibe atmosphere, friendly staff, great beer selection, very reasonably priced, and fast service. I’ve had McDonald’s orders take longer than this place.

Right when we thought It couldn’t get Eddie Vedder, the food came out. Wow… tastiest meat we’ve ever had. The brisket was my favourite, and the brussel sprouts were to die for.

Thank you Lancaster Smokehouse for putting all the pieces together and making it an excellent experience for all customers.

Brisket is amazing, tried the fried chicken is okay but the sweet taste is a little bit off,

Almost everything was as good as usual. The Montreal smoked meat sandwich, alas, was incredibly fatty. Well be back, this is not the norm.
