I'm so happy I decided to try this place! I've been going to the market for years and never ate here because I'm not huge into tamales. Turns out the tamales here are absolutely amazing and they have many more delicious dishes to offer.

We always buy (frozen) tamales whenever we are in Waterloo. Their tamales are very good, tasty flavours and generous filings. Cathy (I hope I remembered right) is always very accommodating and friendly.

Stumbled on this fantastic hidden gem by mistake looking for another restaurant. The owner was absolutely lovely! You can tell she truly loves her job. I ended up buying food from there, the tamales were fresh and delicious! Best I’ve had in years. I highly recommend them.

Have tried their tamales and not real Mexican food, sadly it is very canadianized flavor version. Not authentic, but at least tries to put mexican food out there. Disappointed but maybe Canadians will enjoy.
