Where to start … the venue is very clean and looks great BUT … the service was absolutely horrendous. We arrived without a reservation however they still seated us. They gave a table beside the door .., it was -12 outside so we were freezing. They refused to give us a better table although there were many empty tables. People that arrived after us were served quicker … we were told that since we didn’t have a reservation we would be served last. It look us 45 minutes to get out meals and we ordered the chicken souvlaki which i am certain they had some already prepared. I got my drink 45 min later and they didn’t give my daughter her soup until 45 minutes later …. I doubt they were making the soup from scratch. They should have served it before the main course. The waitress was confused and the manager rude. We left zero tip because it so substandard .., and the manager was obviously not happy about that but refused to listen as to why we did not tip.

Their excuse is that they were short staffed ….. however… if they do t have enough staff , then they should limit the number of diners that they can properly serve.

Basically all this to say … they need to improve their service.

As for the food, it was food court quality … nothing spectacular … overpriced for what you get , but it was just okay .

What a lovely place. The service was amazing. I had a food which was prepared perfectly. The interior is very inviting, the kind of place you can hang out for hours with a good book or getting some work done.

It took one hour for us to get our food. We had a Greek salad with grilled chicken. The lettuce in the salad was wilted. Waitress was rule when I complained about the service..will not be back

Waited almost an hour for our food. We sat for 1/2 hr before anyone brought us water. Two tables that came in after us were served and leaving about the same time we did. If we hadn’t complained we might have been sitting the another hour. Will not hurry back there. We’ve eaten there before and had a relatively good experience-not this time!!

Food used to be so much better a few years ago. Salads were soggy, chicken was rubbery and the soup was tinny and bland.

Very clean and warm location. Customer oriented people. Atmosphere gives you a nice cozy home feeling. Washroom impeccable. Prompt service. Restaurant parking available.

This is our birthday place. The accommodated our reservation request. We went on a theater night (we didn't know that when we made the reservation) and they still accommodated the kid's requests and one special menu request.
The portions are generous and the food is delicious.
We were greeted warmly and our waitress was fantastic.

The atmosphere was good and our waitress (Marie) was super nice but the food was a tad disappointing.

Beware of the chicken skewers - some of our pieces of chicken ended up on the floor because it took so much pressure to get them off the wooden skewer.

If the food had matched the service this would have been an easy 5 star review

We reserved online but the restaurant didnt get my request for the Blue Room. However, they were able to accommodate us. 4th time dining here, always superb food.

I needed a take out order for 30 people,

I called a day in advance said I'd be there for 11:15, food was ready on time hot and well packaged. Upon serving to the group I had multiple people asking where did the food come from it was so good
For 30 people I ordered
25 small chicken skewers
25 small pork skewers
1 large Greek salad
1 large Garden salad
1 large Potatoes
1 small rice
1 tub taziki
5 small veggie pitas
And 15 pitas

At the end I only had 2 small veggie pitas 1 pork skewer and half a garden salad left.

The quality of the food for price did not disappoint. If you're thinking big group take out. Don't hesitate to think Three Kretans.
